              Treadmill level 15 at 3.5-5.0 mph for a hour or Rowing for a hour or mountain biking but the best is Snowboarding.

                  I used to spin but since I moved to a new area a few years ago the spin instructors here suck . . . and my metabolism is high enough as is . . . when I would do spin class I would burn too many calories, I had trouble putting on weight (I was also not eating enough at that point as well).

                  My favorite form of cardio would probably either be:
                  1. the rowing machine . . . always get a great workout there or
                  2. swimming . . . another awesome full body workout . . . plus the added benefit of a built in cooling system

                    Sorry to dig up old threads....

                    But I keep my cardio basic. its usually 30-60min on the treadmill. 3.4-3.8mph on various inclines. I mean I'm 280lbs, so this guy aint running in the near future, a nice brisk walk does the trick
