    Hi, so I want to buy green bulge. I wake up at 9am every workout day (M/W/F), immediatly have my whey shake, then eat a bowl of oatmeal and a bannana, and I am in the gym by 10am. Where in this routine would I take green bulge?

    wake up earlier, drink shake at like 815/830.. eat whole food at 9, and around 930/945 take GB

    other than that, its kind of jammed together preworkout; you could prolly split dose of GB pre/post if you wanted, might work out for you, i find great results from creatine pre&post
