Supplements + Breastfeeding = ?

I was just wondering which CL products (if any) would be safe to take while breastfeeding.

I am trying to decide whether to keep nursing or not, and being able to take safe supplements would definitely be a plus.

nurse as long as possible because its great for the baby and burns 500 calories per day, so its good to get off the pregnancy weight.
