        I enjoyed reading about leptin and the need for refeeds while dieting. Everyone should read the book, even if one is not planning on taking the drug.

          1) Too much cardio - twice a day - burnt away all my muscle (not that I had much to begin with!)

          2) Low fat diet - since all fat is EVIL!!!

          3) Too much simple sugars - if I was hungry I would eat fruit because it is healthy - I could just eat it all day..lol..made me super ravenous ==>

          4) Binge/Starve
