Water retention with GM?

Just curious, has anyone noticed water retention when taking green magnitude?

It shouldn't. Are you drinking enough water? Eating alot of salt?

i actually haven't had any yet. i was just wondering. its nice to know that another chick hasn't had that problem though.

I noticed Water retention when I was using plain Creatine Mono.
(My ring on my ring finger started not able to fit at all!)

Then I started using GM and funny enough, my ring can fit again
(I also started to make sure to drink at least 5-6 liters water a day since then)

nice. i bought cheap protein from target once, not realizing it had creatine in it. i retained a lot of water, so since then i worried about that affect. ill try the sample and see how it feels.

i haven't taken it at all. thus far the only supplements i take are multivitamins and whey protein post workout.
