I just read about how cocnut water is great intra workout, have you experimented with that at all? im curious and may buy some vita coco soon..

I've used coconut oil in the past for cooking and enjoyed it, never had coconut water, or ate true coconut like the recent vid... I imagine that would be the cheapest/best way to get coconut water ...hrm..

Not sure if that would be the cheapest way. But I have also read that it had the right amount of electrolytes, etc.
I usually also use coconut oil to spread on my toast instead of butter as well as for cooking.
