I am thinking of adding a mixable carb source to my GF post mountain bike riding, when I want more substantial carbs for recovery, in addition to the key recovery ingredients already included in GF. Any recommendations as to what mixes well with GF?

i've been using 35g waxy maize/trehalose in my gf for weeks now and really like the results. i do this cause i work out before work and cannot get a solid meal in for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours after workout.Live Life/Workout Hard!!
