    Default Sweet Potato

Does anyone happen to know the nutritional info for a sweet potato? I found it strange that fitday.com doesn't have the item listed.

Appreciate it, but quick question -- serving size is 1 cup (200 grams), but how much would a medium sized potato be?

EDIT: I guess I could probabaly weight my potato and see what it weighs in grams...
