    yea me too. although i wil. reiterate, it doesnt "increase my hunger". it simply enhances my appetite, allowing me to eat more so i can definately meet my caloric goals without feeling sick.

    to check the effects, i took the black hole 1 hour before a massive meal i had at the restaurant. i didnt feel any hungier, although i devoured a horse (said above) and felt i could keep eating, as if i wasnt getting full.

    i think its important to establish the difference in what some people might experience.

              Core/AB workout yucky


              ran 3 miles under 25 minutes (nothing spectacular, its freakin 90 degrees outside, plus the majority of it is up hill)

              MMA cardio ~ 15 mins shadow boxing

              PUMP: 9. good stuff

              Endurance: 10

                    actually it was. instead of using buns on the ground beef, i use low carb wraps, so i have a wrap burger. and the corn is well, just corn. but i love it.

                            took it before my hyyyyoooge cheat meal, and felt great. not uncomfortable full-

                            Donatos- Half of large pepperoni pizza, 6 chicken strips, and an entire order of cheese garlic bread. could have kept going, but i ate it so fast i figured it would catch up with me. it didnt, so im snacking on the rest during the rest of the night.


                            SOOOO HAPPY. i havent had this much pizza since i went clean a year ago.


                            back to the strict diet tomorrow

                              Didnt workout either of these days, but i did use black hole in the morning to enhance my appetite. i decided to take a weekend off (as i will be next weekend too)

                              my calories was somewhere around 4000 due to a carb refeed.
