    usage:
    RA + sesa upon waking
    sesa before lunch
    RA 1 hr before workout
    WB 30mins before workout
    GM + GG preworkout
    PW during workout
    Sesa + yohimibine before cardio
    black hole after cardio

    ZMA before bed



    BLACK HOLE:

    As stated, i took it after my cardio, and 45 minutes i needed to eat. i didnt feel sick while eating, and i really think i am eating more post workout
    no euphoria tho.

    dinner - quesedilla w/ half a pound of ground beef. mmmmmmmm

    low carb, of course, and made with olive oil.

        Lower Body


        Each exercise 4x10

        Squat 310x4x10 hit 365x3
        Leg Press 420x4x10 hit 615 x3
        Leg Extension 165x4x10
        Leg Curl 165x4x10
        Calf Raises 400x4x10
        Core/AB workout yucky

        Cardio: 45 min ~ 150 hrt rate dont know mileage yet



        PUMP: 9. Awesome leg day today.

        Endurance: 10 the usual.
        MMA/Jeet kune do workout 1.25 hrs.

        BLACK HOLE USAGE:

        actually really didnt need it today for somereason, but i took it regardless. i dont feel discomfort when i eat now, which is good.

        overall- good day. i had another kick ass leg day, hit 365 squat, my highest ever. i never thought i could do that much, its amazing how far ive come in a year, it really is.

        *NOTE - remember, my numbers are fluctuating from my new gym. when i change gyms i taper myself to adjust to the weights and such. i was hitting close to 300 at my old gym, so im close to where im should be. plus ive been really hitting the weights harder.

                Awesome poster bro! If you lived closer I'd come take some MMA training. That is actually one of my long term goals is to compete in at least one MMA event once I lose about another 50lbs or so.

                      Awesome... I didn't take my GlycerGROW the other day and it was the opposite.. I was like WTF!!... didn't get pumped until halfway through my workout.. was weird....
