    Awesome poster bro! If you lived closer I'd come take some MMA training. That is actually one of my long term goals is to compete in at least one MMA event once I lose about another 50lbs or so.

    Today was one of those godly days where i felt like i could rule the world. my pump was INSANE today. im not going to lie, i felt like a badass.

    WB 30mins before workout

    PW during workout
    Sesa + yohimibine before cardio
    black hole after cardio

    ZMA before bed



    BLACK HOLE:
    3 hours of working out didnt make me hungry. luckily i had some black hole, and then when i started stuffing my face, i wasnt uncomfortable.

    thanks black hole!

    really though, its helped a lot this week. the true test for me will be its use on my cheat day(s) thats right, might be SAT and SUN. i need a massive refeed.

    Awesome... I didn't take my GlycerGROW the other day and it was the opposite.. I was like WTF!!... didn't get pumped until halfway through my workout.. was weird....

    Squat 310x4x10 hit 365x3
    Leg Press 420x4x10 hit 615 x3
    Leg Extension 165x4x10
    Leg Curl 165x4x10
    Calf Raises 400x4x10
    Core/AB workout yucky


    MMA cardio ~ 30 mins

    PUMP: 9. good stuff

    Endurance: 10 the usual.

    yea me too. although i wil. reiterate, it doesnt "increase my hunger". it simply enhances my appetite, allowing me to eat more so i can definately meet my caloric goals without feeling sick.

    to check the effects, i took the black hole 1 hour before a massive meal i had at the restaurant. i didnt feel any hungier, although i devoured a horse (said above) and felt i could keep eating, as if i wasnt getting full.

    i think its important to establish the difference in what some people might experience.

    actually it was. instead of using buns on the ground beef, i use low carb wraps, so i have a wrap burger. and the corn is well, just corn. but i love it.
