    The Nitty Gritty

    I just finished my Green Magnitude Log with much sucess. I lost 8 pounds, but gained measurements AND increases in strength. During the log, came to the conclusion I wish to fight in a lower weight class before my next competition. Being at 188 made me feel sluggish and I wasn't crisp in my movements.

    I decided to cut down to 165. Sounds drastic I know, but I still have some body fat to lose. I am going to do this as smart and as scientifically as possible. On two occasions I have cut weight and STILL made strength gains, but this is the most weight I intend to lose.

    To do this nearly impossible feat, I decided to ask for more help from Controlled Labs. Enter the inspiration for my log = Nuclear. Imagine workouts as a nuclear reaction, and immense explosion of enormous power. This is what I want to equate myself to while in this log. Also, with the amount of supplements Ill be taking, ill be surprised if I am not RADIOACTIVe and glowing green.

    The Reason Why I am stacking Red Acid and Black Hole:

    I am stacking Red Acid and Black Hole because after I run 5 miles after my weight training, my appetite is destroyed (from taking Red Acid 1 hr prior to workout). Theoretically the Black Hole will restore my appetite after a hard workout. In order to recover properly, I need to eat. DUH.

    Training Protocol:

    6 Day Split

    Mon, Wed, Fri Upper Body ~ 1.5 hrs, followed by 5 mile jog

    Tues, Thurs, Sat ~ 1 hr, followed by 5 mile jog

    Two 2 hr. MMA stand up classes (ground game is put on hold for now, money issues) plus individual workouts when needed (20 min splurges)


    NOTE: I am intentially putting myself on the edge of Overtraining. I want to prove my theory of body adaptation to stress in regards to overtraining. If something goes wrong, I will adjust accordingly.

    I would have posted this yesterday but I had to work in the morning.

    Anyway, for the first day of my LOG, I am posting the weight I lifted. Please NOTE, these are all new PR's in EVERY LIFT. Amazing, I know, and I can't really explain it. Maybe I defy conventional weight lifting, I dunno.

    Initial Thoughts and overview:

    GREAT workout. As SCT told me, the bioperine will help the absorbtion of the supplements and nutrients. I really think I felt the pump better. I have taken RED ACID in the past and noticed the same thing. I forgot the feeling tho.

    Anyway, I had really great wokout, and once i hit 315 deadlift, i was estatic. i really cant believe i got that much up, 10 times. maybe my carb refeed this weekend really kicked, who knows.

    Either way, this log is about BLACK HOLE. AFter my workout and cardio, of course my appetite was destroyed. I took black hole as soon as I returned, and in about 30 mins i felt a slight euphoria feeling, maybe placebo, but it felt cool nonetheless. Either way, i started to eat my post meal, and i was able to stomach it much easier than before. A couple of doses will be needed to get rid of any possible placebo effects, but either way i DOWNED about3 chicken breasts and 2 cups of veggies. about twice the amount i usually eat. i could have eaten more but i didnt. interesting......

    Overall: 10 I felt great yesterday, looking forward to leg day!

    just make sure not to take the yohimbine within 3-4 hours of any red acid dose.

    luckily i take the yohimbine 3 hours after red acid. i did this yesterday, and i felt nothing out of the ordinary.

    i checked the faq before i asked, why should you wait?


    also, is it possible for me to do the red acid promo? no big deal if not, but hey, i do love red acid lol

    yeah, you can do the promo.

    tyrosine in red acid may interact with the yohimbe. it probably wouldnt do much but better to be safe. the new version of red acid, once out, will not have tyrosine.

    I am excited about this log man, the Red Acid / Black Hole combo has some very nice potential uses especially in the post workout arena. I know myself my appetite is ZERO after a workout.

    I think this will be even better once the RA reformulation is out too

    BLACK HOLE USAGE:

    As you will see everyday, I am not hungry after cardio. So after Im done running i take the BH to restore my appetite. Tonight was no exception, as i stuffed myself with 1/2 pound of ground turkey and a huge pile of broccoli florets. DELICIOUS.

    I had an awesome leg day. i hit 615 3 times, and it felt great

    my lifts are up so much from week prior because im still adjusting to the new gyms weights and stuff.

    overall- good day. i had another kick ass leg day, hit 365 squat, my highest ever. i never thought i could do that much, its amazing how far ive come in a year, it really is.

    *NOTE - remember, my numbers are fluctuating from my new gym. when i change gyms i taper myself to adjust to the weights and such. i was hitting close to 300 at my old gym, so im close to where im should be. plus ive been really hitting the weights harder.
