The Nitty Gritty
I just finished my Green Magnitude Log with much sucess. I lost 8 pounds, but gained measurements AND increases in strength. During the log, came to the conclusion I wish to fight in a lower weight class before my next competition. Being at 188 made me feel sluggish and I wasn't crisp in my movements.
I decided to cut down to 165. Sounds drastic I know, but I still have some body fat to lose. I am going to do this as smart and as scientifically as possible. On two occasions I have cut weight and STILL made strength gains, but this is the most weight I intend to lose.
To do this nearly impossible feat, I decided to ask for more help from Controlled Labs. Enter the inspiration for my log = Nuclear. Imagine workouts as a nuclear reaction, and immense explosion of enormous power. This is what I want to equate myself to while in this log. Also, with the amount of supplements Ill be taking, ill be surprised if I am not RADIOACTIVe and glowing green.

The Reason Why I am stacking Red Acid and Black Hole:
I am stacking Red Acid and Black Hole because after I run 5 miles after my weight training, my appetite is destroyed (from taking Red Acid 1 hr prior to workout). Theoretically the Black Hole will restore my appetite after a hard workout. In order to recover properly, I need to eat. DUH.
