    Agreed. While I haven't received the full effects of Black Hole yet, I have found that I do seem to get beter results around dinner time, even though breakfast has been a problem for me.

      Day 14-15:

      Sorry for the lack of updating. Nothing has really changed too much.

      The 'good' feeling is there, not quite as noticeable as before though. Still pretty hungry and have had an easy time stuffing down all my meals

      Weight is going up steadily and I'm looking bigger and fuller than when I started.



      Day 16:

      *Took full dose 45 minutes before second meal.

      Not much changed. Still the 'good' feeling, still hungry.

        Days 17 & 18:

        Took both doses 30-45 minutes before breakfast each day (Saturday and Sunday).

        Pretty hungry. Just gotta watch what I eat I tend to 'cheat' a bit more on the weekends and with Black Hole it can be hard to resist

        Still getting the 'nice' feeling after taking the capsules.

          Day 19:

          Took full dose 45 minutes before my second meal.

          Got a very 'good' feeling about 40 minutes after taking Black Hole. It seemed quite a bit more intense than when I only give myself 30 minutes before eating. Hunger is still up there

            Day 20:

            Took full dose 45 minutes before my 3rd meal.

            Lately I've mainly noticed the 'good' feeling associated with Black Hole rather than the increased hunger. However, I have had no problems getting all my meals down which has been a problem for me while bulking, especially those oats

              Day 21:

              Took full dose 45 minutes before my 2nd meal.

              Definitely felt the 'good' feeling today. Bumping my dose to the second meal and giving it a good 45 minutes to kick in has helped increase this feeling.

              Didn't feel the hunger as much as I did in the earlier part of this log.

              Training:

                Day 22:

                Took full dose 45 minutes before 2nd meal.

                I definitely prefer taking the dose before my 2nd meal. Gives me some time to feel the effects and to get nice and hungry

                  Took full dose 45 minutes before my 4th meal. Forgot my bottle at home so I had to take Black Hole before my preworkout meal.

                  Same 'nice' feeling, same hunger. Really nothing new to report. Black Hole seems to be doing what it said it would.

                      Yeah, it seems that the hungry feeling I got in the beginning has lessened. I still have no problem eating all my food, just not getting as hungry before and between meals.

                      The 'good' feeling has remained the same.

                        Days 24 & 25:

                        Out of town for the weekend. Took full doses 45 minutes before meals (not sure exactly which meals).

                        Diet was clean this weekend. Just didn't get as much food in me as I would have hoped.

                        Hunger isn't up like it was previously. The 'good' feeling is definitely still there though, so that's good

                          Day 26:

                          Took full dose 45 minutes before my 2nd meal. After experimenting a bit this is definitely what works best for me.

                          Same 'good' feeling, hunger is there but not as intense as earlier.

                              Not really, I just don't get the hungry feeling between meals I did earlier in the log. Haven't had any problems getting the meals down

                                Took all doses 45 minutes before my 2nd meal.

                                Nothing new to report. Effects are still there although not as strong as originally. No trouble getting all my meals down. Weight is still going up Little fat gain but not too bad.
