Pre workout weight 158
Post.................... 158.5 - the heat was horrible today, so much sweating.
Biceps
Alternating Dumbell Curls 3 sets of 14 - 30 lbs
Regular EZ Bar Curls 3 sets of 10 - 100 lbs
Preacher Curls - 2 sets of 10 - 65 lbs
Seated Curls (with bar) - 70/85/90
Triceps
Standing Tricep Extension - 3 sets of 10 - 70/80/90
Skull Crushers - 3 sets of 10 - 80/85/95
Kick backs - 3 sets of 10 - 35 lbs
Forearms
Wrist Curls - 55 lbs - 3 sets of 25
Behind the back wrist curls - 55 lbs - 3 sets of 25
Workout was really good today, was really focused the whole time and had a good overall feel.

Day 2 Diet
Ok heres the diet for the day.
9 AM - 1st dose of Hyperdrol/Retain/Vigor/Vitamin... 3 grams fish oil. 30 gram protein shake with honey.
Noon - 12 inch chicken and cheese sub - good stuff I must say. 2nd dose of Hyperdrol/Retain
2 PM - had just finished my workout so I took the usual post workout shake. Whey and honey.
4 PM - was on the road so I did what I could. I ate two of those 50 cent bags of peanuts. 22 grams of protein.
6 PM - full dose of black hole
7 PM - 3rd dose of Hyperdrol/Retain.... 2nd dose of Vigor/Vitamin... Dinner consisted of a good country cooked meal. Country ham, biscuits, eggs.
9 PM - currenty drinking another protein drink
11 PM - right before bed Ill take another protein drink.
Id love for someone to critique my diet. Ill admit its a weaker point to my regimine.
Ok so the black hole seemed to have worked today. I ate more than my usual servings at dinner.
Other notes:
Had a bad headache sense about 5... Hyperdrol? Maybe... not sure yet.

Leg Press - 8/10/10 - 360/315/270
Leg Ext. - 3 sets of 10 - 150
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 -150
SLDL - 8/6/6 - 165/185/225
One leg calf raises - 2 sets of 25 - 100/110
Calf Raises - 2 sets of 25 - 170/180
Sleep:
8 hrs, pretty deep sleep
Diet:
9 AM - protein shake with pancake syrup this time (like 220 calories, 45 carbs - most of which are sugar.) so its about a 500 calorie shake.
Noon - Wendys, I know bad right. Had chicken tenders... a potatoe.
2 PM - had just finished working out so I had the usual post workout shake, but this time with syrup like above.
5 PM - a few handfuls of peanuts, about enough to equal a cup.
6:15 PM - took BH
7 PM - Steak, steak fries, salad, texas toast... and a little flounder.
9 PM - Protein shake - no syrup
11 PM - final shake
Supplement Dosages
3 Hyperdrol/Retain - breakfast, lunch, dinner
5 grams of fish oil - 3 breakfast, 2 dinner
2 Vigor - breakfast, dinner
2 Vitamins - breakfast, dinner
Water:
1.5 gallons
Energy:
Not so good, feeling kind of drained.
Mood:
Slightly irritable, who knows.
Sides:
Read below. And maybe the above things are sides, but Im thinking no b/c considering my usual mood its not a HUGE change.
Other: Ok, so Ive had an upset stomach late last night and today. Im not sure if its just my stomach getting used to the digestion aids of BH, or if I should even feel that or what. Maybe itll be gone tomorrow. Any ideas?

But I don't know man, keep tabs on how you feel both before and after the black hole and see if there is a causal connection there. I don't think the digestion aides should be giving you a tummy ache though.

Other: Ok, so Ive been on BH 4 days now. From what I can tell it works more by making you be able to eat more food at once before you feel full, instead of making you feel hungry which is what I expected. This is what Ive found from taking it before dinner. Hyperdrol and Retain are doing wonders for my endurance, vascularity, pumps, focus... about everything in the gym. Still no sleep problems as some people have experienced with Hyperdrol. Overall Im feeling good.Last edited by uncnate; 07-27-2006, 11:12 PM.

Just to let everyone know... Im going to Gatlinburg, TN tomorrow morning. Im pretty sure the resort Im staying at will have the internet, so Ill update with anything if it needs be. Ill be gone for 1 night, maybe 2.
Regardless, the next three days are rest days. So the only updates will be diet and whatever else arises that needs to be mentioned.
