    Default UNCnate's CL Black HOLE (sponsored) and AX Hyperdrol/Retain with DS Vigor

    Ok, so first off I would like to thank CL as I was chosen as a tester for Black HOLE, and I decided to stack it with Hyperdrol and Retain. Also Ill be taking DS Vigor for antioxidant support and the AST 32x Multi.

    Diet:
    Well Im a skinny guy (158 lbs) so my maintenance calories arent that high, around 2500. So Ill be bulking at 3k unless I feel the need to go ahead and bump that up a little. Going for 2 grams of protein per body weight each day, while trying to get 6 meals a day. With class starting soon I dont know if thats feasible, but if I have to Ill pack some almonds or something to eat whenever I can. Also, Im really hoping Black HOLE will help me to actually eat breakfast instead of my usual not being hungry so skipping a meal thing.

    Workout:
    Ive attached a word document which Ill follow pretty strictly for the month. Ill udpate it daily and attach a new one to my updates.

    Other supps Ill be taking:
    Fish Oil - the walmart kind. Theyre cheap, so I plan to take probably 5 a day.
    ON 100% Whey - Cookies and Cream
    MSM
    ALA - again, the walmart kind.

    Well... I think that pretty much covers it. If Ive left anything out or you have any questions let me know.

    Im really excited for this log, I think its got pretty good potential.

    And oh, log will start up Monday.

    edit: It wont let me attach the workout document b/c its too big... so Ill have to do something about that and attach it later.

    That was the original plan, but I emailed PU about the Hyperdrol thing and he gave it the ok.

    I know I have a big thing missing in the deadlifts. My current gym doesnt like people to do those some reason?... I try to make up for it with my ab routine - which I havent posted, b/c its usually pretty random just as many sets for as many reps as I can take. My workout schedule will change in about 2 weeks b/c Im moving into an apartment for school which is right at campus so Ill have a gym I can go to basically anytime. So Im goin to start working out 5x a week trying to keep my workouts at an hour max.

    Would your gym let you do like SLDL's with some DBs? What about like Good mornings?

    There is usually a way around the 'no deadlifting' rules if you are willing to get innovative, heh.

    Im pretty good friends with the people who work at the gym. Ill talk to them and see if I can work out a way to do some dead lifts. I know theyre a pretty important part of a good workout routine.

    Interested as to why they won't let you do DLs. Do they have power rakcs or squat racks?

    I'd love to hear one of the little punk ass trainers at my gym try to tell me that deadlifts aren't allowed...

    Im not sure why, it was like that when I started going there... so something must have happened back in the day.

    Ill find a day to get to do some deads, theres 2 squat racks so I have something to do them on... just gotta OK it with the manager, which Im sure will be fine.

    Ok well I just took my first dosing... of well, everything.
    - 1 Hyperdrol
    - 1 Retain
    - 1 Vigor
    - 1 Vitamin
    - 3 grams Fish Oil
    ... and I took the "Initial First Dosage" of Black HOLE of only one pill this morning to assess tolerance. This was about 10 minutes ago, and Im about to go get something for my car (not driving, not sure how Ill feel yet). So maybe before long Ill start to feel some effects.

    Ill update later with anymore feelings I have if any yet, and my workout after I finish.

    Ok well first impressions of Black HOLE. Didnt notice a whole lot, I guess thats why the first day you see how youll react to it. Looking forward to the full dose tomorrow to see if that makes any changes.

    Workout today - some reason I forgot my paper so I just pretty much did Chest and Back and Abs. Ill do what I was supposed to do today tomorrow so Ill be up to date on where Im supposed to be.

    Pre workout weight - 157
    Post workout weight - 158.5

    Chest
    Flat Bench
    - 10/8/8/6 - 155/165/185/180
    Iso Chest
    - 6 sets - first 3 sets were one arm - last three both arms - weight was 100 lbs
    Flys
    - 3 sets of 10 - 20 lbs
    Back
    Seated Rows
    - 3 sets - 1st set was 75 lbs, last 2 was 100 lbs
    One Arm Rows
    - 3 sets of 10 per arm - 60/70/80
    Abs
    Decline Crunches 2 sets of 25
    Hanging leg raises 2 sets of 25

    Tomorrow Im going to do bis/tris and will be caught up for where I was supposed to be. Ill udpate later tonight with my diet for the day.

    Thats exactly the same way my trainers are too, two of them are actually like 19 years old or something. Maybe theyre not certified or anything, but they definitely try to act like they are.

    But anyway, Ive got the go ahead for the deadlifts. So Ill be doing those on leg day.

    Ok well heres my diet for the day... Im not done yet but this is the way itll play out.

    9 AM
    - bowl of cereal, 3 grams fish oils, first dose of Hyperdrol/Retain/Vigor/Vitamin... and the initial testing of Black Hole.
    11 AM
    - MetRX protein bar - 20 grams of protein
    Noon
    - Grilled Chicken sandwich, side salad, and potato wedges... 2nd dose of Hyperdrol/Retain
    2 PM
    - went to the gym (drank a good 2 lbs of water, whatever that equates to in liquid measurements?)
    3 PM
    - a little after 3 finished the workout and 10 minutes later had a Whey shake with honey (around 35 grams of protein)
    5 PM
    - another protein shake same as above
    6:30 PM
    - Supper - turkey, ham and cheese sub on wheat, 3rd dose of Hyperdrol/Retain, 2nd dose of Vigor/Vitamin
    8 PM
    - another shake with honey
    11 PM
    - last shake of the day no honey this time

    Im not sure what any of this equates to in calories. Im going to try to figure it out later. If anyone has any diet suggestions, corrections or input let me know.

    Post.................... 158.5 - the heat was horrible today, so much sweating.

    Biceps
    Alternating Dumbell Curls 3 sets of 14 - 30 lbs
    Regular EZ Bar Curls 3 sets of 10 - 100 lbs
    Preacher Curls - 2 sets of 10 - 65 lbs
    Seated Curls (with bar) - 70/85/90

    Triceps
    Standing Tricep Extension - 3 sets of 10 - 70/80/90
    Skull Crushers - 3 sets of 10 - 80/85/95
    Kick backs - 3 sets of 10 - 35 lbs

    Forearms
    Wrist Curls - 55 lbs - 3 sets of 25
    Behind the back wrist curls - 55 lbs - 3 sets of 25

    Workout was really good today, was really focused the whole time and had a good overall feel.

    Update tonight with my diet (including BH). Cant yet cause Im not done.

    Default Day 2 Diet

    Ok heres the diet for the day.

    9 AM - 1st dose of Hyperdrol/Retain/Vigor/Vitamin... 3 grams fish oil. 30 gram protein shake with honey.
    Noon - 12 inch chicken and cheese sub - good stuff I must say. 2nd dose of Hyperdrol/Retain
    2 PM - had just finished my workout so I took the usual post workout shake. Whey and honey.
    4 PM - was on the road so I did what I could. I ate two of those 50 cent bags of peanuts. 22 grams of protein.
    6 PM - full dose of black hole
    7 PM - 3rd dose of Hyperdrol/Retain.... 2nd dose of Vigor/Vitamin... Dinner consisted of a good country cooked meal. Country ham, biscuits, eggs.
    9 PM - currenty drinking another protein drink
    11 PM - right before bed Ill take another protein drink.

    Id love for someone to critique my diet. Ill admit its a weaker point to my regimine.

    Ok so the black hole seemed to have worked today. I ate more than my usual servings at dinner.

    Other notes:
    Had a bad headache sense about 5... Hyperdrol? Maybe... not sure yet.

    Weight - Pre/Post Workout

    Leg Press - 8/10/10 - 360/315/270
    Leg Ext. - 3 sets of 10 - 150
    Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 -150
    SLDL - 8/6/6 - 165/185/225
    One leg calf raises - 2 sets of 25 - 100/110
    Calf Raises - 2 sets of 25 - 170/180

    Sleep:
    8 hrs, pretty deep sleep

    Diet:
    9 AM - protein shake with pancake syrup this time (like 220 calories, 45 carbs - most of which are sugar.) so its about a 500 calorie shake.
    Noon - Wendys, I know bad right. Had chicken tenders... a potatoe.
    2 PM - had just finished working out so I had the usual post workout shake, but this time with syrup like above.
    5 PM - a few handfuls of peanuts, about enough to equal a cup.
    6:15 PM - took BH
    7 PM - Steak, steak fries, salad, texas toast... and a little flounder.
    9 PM - Protein shake - no syrup
    11 PM - final shake

    Supplement Dosages
    3 Hyperdrol/Retain - breakfast, lunch, dinner
    5 grams of fish oil - 3 breakfast, 2 dinner
    2 Vigor - breakfast, dinner
    2 Vitamins - breakfast, dinner

    Water:
    1.5 gallons

    Energy:
    Not so good, feeling kind of drained.

    Mood:
    Slightly irritable, who knows.

    Sides:
    Read below. And maybe the above things are sides, but Im thinking no b/c considering my usual mood its not a HUGE change.

    Other: Ok, so Ive had an upset stomach late last night and today. Im not sure if its just my stomach getting used to the digestion aids of BH, or if I should even feel that or what. Maybe itll be gone tomorrow. Any ideas?

    If it were ME it'd be the diet causing the tummyache, hehe. But I don't know man, keep tabs on how you feel both before and after the black hole and see if there is a causal connection there. I don't think the digestion aides should be giving you a tummy ache though.
