Ok, so first off I would like to thank CL as I was chosen as a tester for Black HOLE, and I decided to stack it with Hyperdrol and Retain. Also Ill be taking DS Vigor for antioxidant support and the AST 32x Multi.

Diet:
Well Im a skinny guy (158 lbs) so my maintenance calories arent that high, around 2500. So Ill be bulking at 3k unless I feel the need to go ahead and bump that up a little. Going for 2 grams of protein per body weight each day, while trying to get 6 meals a day. With class starting soon I dont know if thats feasible, but if I have to Ill pack some almonds or something to eat whenever I can. Also, Im really hoping Black HOLE will help me to actually eat breakfast instead of my usual not being hungry so skipping a meal thing.
Workout:
Ive attached a word document which Ill follow pretty strictly for the month. Ill udpate it daily and attach a new one to my updates.
Other supps Ill be taking:
Fish Oil - the walmart kind. Theyre cheap, so I plan to take probably 5 a day.
ON 100% Whey - Cookies and Cream
MSM
ALA - again, the walmart kind.
Well... I think that pretty much covers it. If Ive left anything out or you have any questions let me know.
Im really excited for this log, I think its got pretty good potential.
And oh, log will start up Monday.
