    Day 13 and 14

    Day 13/14 - off days.

    Day 13

    Weight - Pre/Post Workout
    - No scale, off day

    Workout: off day

    Sleep:
    A good solid 9 hours

    Diet:
    9 AM - protein shake with pancake syrup and honey
    Noon - a fire department had a baked barbecue chicken cookout today, bought two plates one for lunch one for dinner. Basically a whole chicken, baked beans, slaw, and roll
    5 PM - protein shakes
    6:15 - took BH
    7 PM - the 2nd of the chicken plates
    9 PM - Protein shake - no syrup
    11 PM - final shake


    Supplement Dosages
    3 Hyperdrol/Retain - breakfast, lunch, dinner
    5 grams of fish oil - 3 breakfast, 2 dinner
    2 Vigor - breakfast, dinner
    2 Vitamins - breakfast, dinner

    Water:
    2 gallons

    Energy:
    Feeling pretty good.

    Mood:
    Feeling good

    Sides:
    Still no sides

    Other: Gotta love the "youre getting bigger comments". I saw family that I havent seen in about a month and they said theres a noticeable difference, particularly in my arms.

    Day 14:

    everything same as above, no workout, no weigh in, good 9 hours of sleep, no sides.

    Its still early, so Ill have to update with the diet for the day later.

      Day 15

      Ok for starters my max bench jumped up another 10 lbs from last week. That puts it at 20 lbs for the duration that Ive been on this log. And right at 95 lb increase in bench for the year. Maxed at 250.

      Weight - Pre/Post Workout
      - 159, 160... this was totally on an empty stomach (bad I know) and I had went forever without water (another bad). I had to go to my campus today so I was there like 4 hours today with no breaks.

      Workout: Chest

      First I maxed as I stated above.

      The workout went as follows.
      Flat Bench - 135 x 10
      185 x 6
      225 x 2
      Chest Iso Press - 180 lbs 3 sets of 15
      1 Superset of : 135 x 10/cable cross overs 60 lbs/flat bench drop set starting with 125 dropping to 105.
      DB Bench - 35s 3 sets of 15 - I can do a lot more than that when fresh. Usually 70s but I was exhausted at this point.

      Sleep:
      5 hrs!! Pretty tired.

      Diet:
      9 AM - protein shake with pancake syrup and honey
      Noon - Chinese food. Sesame chicken, some other chicken and rice
      2 PM - just finished working out - protein shake
      5 PM - protein shakes
      6:15 - took BH
      7 PM - Pizza
      9 PM - Protein shake - no syrup
      11 PM - final shake

      Other: Got a free month of membership at the gym today for helping them carry weights when they rearranged the weight room.

      Pretty stoked about the max on the bench. If I can break 275 by the end of the year Ill be happy. Although Im hoping for more than that.

      Black HOLE notes. Still eating well. I noticed some others were experiencing a slight loss of effectiveness if dosed at the same time every day. I dont seem to be getting that.

        Day 16

        Weight - Pre/Post Workout
        - 160/161.5

        Workout: Arms
        Superset Pair 1 - Preacher Curls/close grip bench -- set 1 10 reps, set 2 drop sets until failure.

        Superset Pair 2 - One arm preacher curls/decline tricep extensions -- set 1 10 reps, set 2 drop sets till failure

        Superset Pair 3 - Seated incline alternate dumbbell curls/Bench dips -- set 1 10 reps, set 2 drops sets till failure

        Superset Pair 4 - standing curls with olympic bar/tricep pushdowns -- set 1 10 reps, set 2 drop sets till failure

        Sleep:
        Sleep was back to normal. 8 hours

        Diet:
        9 AM - protein shake with pancake syrup and honey
        Noon - Chicken noodle soup, turkey ham and cheese sub, spoon of PB
        2 PM - just finished working out - protein shake
        5 PM - protein shake
        6:15 - took BH
        7 PM - Pizza - salad
        9 PM - Protein shake - no syrup
        11 PM - final shake

          Day 17

          Today ended up being an off day. Ill just lift Friday instead of taking an off day then. I had to drive about an hour to my apartment Ill be staying at near campus once classes start back up and take care of some things.

          Anyway, Im very very sore from the workout yesterday. Which is ok with me, I wouldnt feel normal if I wasnt sore.

          Diet for the day

          9 AM - Protein shake, syrup
          11AM - cup of peanuts
          1 PM - chicken tenders, potatoe wedges
          4 PM - PBJ sandwich
          5 PM - took BH
          6 PM - went out for Japanese, ate Teriyaki Steak and Rice with some soup. Came home and ate a grilled chicken salad. Hungry hungry
          8 - protein shake
          11 - protein shake

          BH definitely made me hold more food today. I like eating.

            Back and Shoulders Day

              Day 19 and 20

              Ok so yesterday was supposed to be chest day, but due to the inability to get to the gym it was an off day.

              Day 20

              Weight - Pre/Post Workout
              - not sure, new gym... couldnt find the scale. Ill find it tomorrow.

              Workout: Chest
              DB Bench - Flat Bench 3 sets of 10 - 60s
              - Incline 3 sets of 10 - 45s
              Decline Bench - 3 sets of 10 - 135

              Sleep:
              5 hours - maybe.

              Diet:
              9 AM - protein shake with pancake syrup - out of honey
              Noon - explored the food court a little on campus... ended up at Pizza hut getting a personal pizza and bread sticks. (barbecue chicken pizza)

              6:15 - took BH
              7 PM - Sesame Chicken and rice
              8 pm - workout
              9 PM - Protein shake - no syrup
              11 PM - final shake

              Today I had a horrible day. Felt crappy, when I got to the gym the girl I know that works there was telling me how I looked like I felt horrible. Close to the end of the workout I just got this overall weird feeling... the most noticeable thing was probably my lips feeling like they were swollen. Would this be blood pressure related?...

                I have never heard of swollen lips being a sign of high blood rpessure but I have ehard of them being a sign of an allergy.

                  - Still couldnt find the scale. If I dont find one Im going to go to Walmart and buy one cause I like keeping up with weight variants at different times of the day. I like knowing how much water Im holding.

                  Biceps
                  - One Arm Preacher Curls - 3 sets of 12 - each arm - 25s
                  - Incline Curls - 3 sets of 10 - 30s
                  - Concentration Curls - 3 sets of 10 - 25s
                  Triceps

                  Kinda stressed. Takes a while to fall asleep, and then when I wake up Im not feeling refreshed, so Im not getting very deep sleep either.

                  6:15 - took BH
                  7 PM - Buffet at Golden Corral - pot roast, chicken, rolls... the usual.

                  Still trying to decide on a new stack. Any suggestions keeping in mind that at the end of this log will be 12 consecutive weeks on JW and then Hyperdrol. Just looking for ideas.

                    Found this so I tried it. Did the shoulders and back parts. Which are Tuesday and Saturday combined I believe. Didnt do the leg parts.

                    Sleep still isnt how Id like it. But its bearable.

                      I feel as though I should make a note of this.

                      Yesterday I was going to lift and went to get in the car and the car wouldnt start so no go to the gym. Car is fixed now so Ill lift tonight.

                      Also, I bought a scale after I got my car fixed. When I got on it it said I weighed 155? Which is down from 160 which confuses me. Im thinking due to scale variations, and the fact that Im walking 2 sometimes 3 miles a day is making me lose weight is what is the cause for the weight change.

                      Anyway, total weight for me right now isnt a huge deal. Im just using a scale as a measurement for incremental weight gain just to make sure Im still going up.

                      So, from the next update forward Ill stop posting total weight and just the increase in weight from the beginning - based on the original numbers. For instance, if tomorrow I weigh 156 Ill count that as weighing 161 based on the start of the log weighing 158 I believe. So Id just note that overall weight gain is 3 lbs. Hope this doesnt cause any confusion.

                        Did Monday. Should have written down the weight I used for each but I forgot anything to record it with. Strength is definitely going up though, and pumps were pretty nice.

So Im thinking maybe the Syntrax Hyper-H in place of X-Factor and use HH with Activate - I would go ahead and buy Rebound Reloaded for the whole sha-bam but I want to lay off the AIs a while.

                          So I got picked to test MAN Sports Body Octane/Orotine. So instead of running a log on the stuff I bought last night, Ill be doing a lot for them b/c Ive committed to them to do a log as best I can so Ill leave the other stuff out until the next month of stuff is up.

                          Also, day 28 which is Friday will be the last day of the log. Mainly because the weekend is off days for me and thatll complete the full 30 days. So on Friday Ill update with whatever I feel necessary and type up a review, for all the products Ive used for this log. Paying more attention to Black HOLE b/c Im doing this log for CL.

                            Final Review

                            OK so I did bis/back and shoulders today. Odd combination I know but I felt like hitting my shoulders hard today.

                            Did some high reps/low weight sets of bis... just to change it up a little

                            Shoulders did military with 40/50/60s - 8 reps
                            Arnold Presses 40 lbs for 12 reps
                            Shrugs - 225 2 sets of 10

                            Back
                            Bent Over rows - 60s 2 x 10... 70s 1 x 10

                            Ok on the the Final Review.

                            Start of month - 158
                            End of month - 162
                            Overall weight change 4 lbs. Not too shabby if you ask me.

                            Black HOLE:
                            What can I say. The product delivers on exactly what it says it should. At first you think the product is designed to MAKE you hungry, which I found to not be the exact way it works, not saying it didnt do that a little. From what I felt it allows you to eat more without being full, which is I guess b/c of the digestive aids. This whole month Ive ate more food than I can ever remember eating. So I give Black HOLE a big thumbs up, and would recommend it to anyone who has trouble getting in their calories.

                            Rating: 10/10

                            Hyperdrol/Retain:
                            They deliver too. Stacked together I had great pumps, vascularity, was more focused in the gym. I never had joint problems with it like some reported, the only bad thing I can report from it is lack of sleep and headaches, which I think were inter-related. Again, products like this dont work unless you are getting protein... and they work really well if you do b/c of increased protein synthesis.

                            Rating: 8/10

                            Overall:

                            Pumps - 8/10
                            Vascularity - 9/10
                            Weight gain - 8/10
                            Recovery - 9/10
                            Acne - not a problem
                            Sleep - 5/10
                            Headaches - on occassion, not bad though
