I have some questions:
1) Started taking White Flood for a month now and it's giving me a hard time to sleep. Is it ok to take it 2-3 hours pre-workout? Like take it at 4:00pm and workout at 6:30pm. I should sleep around 12am-1am.
2) I heard that White Flood needs to be taken on an empty stomach or it won't kick in at all. Is it ok to take White Flood and then take some sweet potatoes 15-30 min after? cuz I usually take sweet potatoes 2 hours pre-workout.
Or what's the recommend timing for taking White Flood and sweet potatoes pre-workout providing I need to take White Flood earlier to be a able to sleep at night?
