I bought this stuff from some site when i bought green mag to get free shipping

i used it 2x to make protein bars around than, which was maybe 1mon ago? idk

anyways, it clearly says to refriedgrate it after opening on the bottle, so I did..

and now I have a container with a solid clump of coconut solid ? i let it sit out for the day and about 1/2 spoonfull melted back into oil

im guessing thats not normal, and im kind of pissed about the whole situation.

Coconut oil becomes solid at 76F, it's normal.

BTW, I get a quart of it at Walmart for $3.

Yep, thats normal, just leave it somewhere where it will get nice and warm and it will turn back into oil.

dammit its $6 a quart around here, I'm gettin jipped.

Yes, as others mentioned, that's completely normal. Coconut oil liquefies at 76 degrees, so typically it will be in a solid state, even if you leave it out in your home (unless it's fairly warm in the house). You can always warm it in the microwave quite easily to get the liquid if you find that easier to cook with. I don't really think it has to be kept in the fridge either. Mine says to keep it in a cool dry place. It's really great for about a million different things, so once you get used to the texture I imagine you'll love it.

just saw this jarrow coconut oil in the market a while ago, its quite inexpensive compared to the same products beside it. id like to ask people how effective it is first though before buying.
