      day 3

      work out none off day , no time for cardio either

      nutrition
      meal 1. chicken and rice
      supps 1 sesaglow
      meal 2 . tuna light mayo spinich
      supps 3 fish oil
      meal 3 chicken breast , brocilli , 35 almonds
      supps 1 sesaglow
      meal 4 . (i cheated) burger , a few fries . water
      supps 1 sesaglow , 1 one a day
      so far i will eat again at least once if not twice we are renting a move so
      water intake so far just about 1.5 gallons give or take a glass
      notes
      today was the gf and my anniversay(1 year) so i spent the day dolling up our room for her when she got out of work
      hence no time and hence pretty bad cheat meal

        DAY 4
        early morning wake up call got up at 6 to train a client , did 20 mins of cardio with her at the end of her work out so
        a total of 40 mins cardio on the day
        WORKOUTtoday was my workout of 4 deloading work outs
        it was lower done at 70% of rep max for 5 for cleans and 6 for squats
        so i can do 225x6 for atg squats so i did 150 70% of 225
        so
        -core work to start -
        cleans 75x5xfor 4 sets
        squats 150x6 for 3 sets
        crunchs 2x20

        then 20 mins of post lifting cardio

        GET IN MY BELLY
        MEAL 1 30 grams of iso , 30 grams of bcaa , 20 grams of carbs from oats
        meal 2 . apex breakfast bar
        3 fishoil
        meal 3 2 eggs 4 whites trukey and brocilli 15 almonds
        sesaglow 1
        work out shake - 30 grams of iso , 30 grams of bcaas
        meal 4 subway sandwich - chicken breast
        2 fishoil 1 sesaglow
        meal 5 chcken breast , brocilli , 15 almonds
        meal 6 . turkey sandwich , chicken/red pepper and greens salad
        1 sesaglow
        meal natty pb and j on multi grain
        note - i guess i ate more carbs then normal , i think logging like this makes me slightly more aware of my diet

        2. i think i have a new personal training client , a 10 year old boy who is far to overwieght , his parents are (hopefully) hiring me to whip him into shape

          DAY5!

          MY DAYso i woke up at 6 am to train again , did some light stuff with my client came home studied went to the beach
          watched the new show "workout" i want to work at that gym on the show , its crazy
          then i argued online and hit the weights

          WORKOUT
          740 am 15 mins of cardio with client light treadmill
          1pm swimming in the ocean with the little lady 30 mins
          6 pm unloading day 2 upper 70% again
          push press 4x95x5
          incline bench (hammer strength machine cause i felt like it) 3x50(on each side ) x6
          mil db press 3x40x6
          t-bar row 3x90x6

          cardio - 20 mins light treadmill

          get in my belly
          meal 1 6am 1 scoop of iso . 3 scoops of xtend 1 handfull of oats
          meal 2 2 eggs 4 whites handfull of brocilli and trukey , 12 almonds
          supps 1 sesaglow 2 fish oil
          meal 3 tuna , light mayo , spinich 15 almonds
          meal 4 6 inch subway club
          sesaglow and one a day
          work out shake - 1 scoop iso 3 scoops xtend
          meal 5 chicken wrap with slasa and spinich
          sesaglow and 2 fish oil
          *snack*- 20 almonds , 3 fish oil
          thats it so far , iwill eat again tonight for one more meal
          no creatine today , my stomach was being friggen weird i think i am going off creatine for a few days prolly till monday , nothing major
          drank alot of water today also , about to finish my 2nd gallon so i am happy about that

            Argued online and hit the weights? Haha, what a morning. Was that our conversation about cardio?

            Awesome detail on the log so far, and color me stupid but I didn't realize you were actually a PT man, I just thought that was your future plans.

                  the convo was about the possiblity of diff exercises making muscles appear diff
                  like say you did flies , you chest would like more striated then a preson doing bench whos chest would look bigger
                  i pretty much dont agree with defiant 1 on bb.com on any topic about working out

                    DAY 6 AND 7 !
                    IMPORTANT
                    my life has sort of run out of control , i am spending too much time on the boards, i am not studying or promoting my training buisness and its causeing far too much of my life to suffer, i am for at leats a few months going to stop posting on cl.com and bb.com with the expection of this log which i view as a duty and a agreement i made when tank sent me sesaglow so ya i will miss you guys and will be back but i need to focus so drop by and say hi now and then
                    workoutsi took both days off since everything was getting so hectic with school

                    my eating and supps were excalty the same as they have been the last 5 logged days

                    sorry this is brief but i had a really rough day , it took alot for me to realize my message board addiction needed to be toned down

                    tomorrow night i will give a better update along with my first of my weekly measurement and weight updates !
                    monday i start kelly baggets bber work out which i am pumped for

                      my last day of deload was today
                      push press 2x95x6
                      clean 2x80x6
                      squat 3x155x6
                      db press 3x55x6

                      meal 1. gf made breakfast , so not on key but tasty
                      3 eggs , a ton of veggies , salsa , sausages
                      1 sesaglow
                      meal 2tuna mayo spinich
                      1 sesaglow 3 fish oil
                      workout shake
                      meal 3 chicken wrap with salsa and spinch , 10 almonds
                      1 sesaglow 1 multi
                      -10 grams of bcaa and 5 grams creatine

                      more eating later

                      tale of the tape

                      i am bummed hard
                      my arms are down to 15 inchs
                      and my waist is stailed this week at 35.75
                      my weight is 186
                      so down 1.5 lbs

                      i had been off creatine for a few days and i have not trained arms in a week so maybe those are the factors either way
                      i am stepping the cardio up from 20 mins light on a treadmill to 20 mins on a eliptical which for me keeps my heart rate much higher

                      any other ideas i am all ears i am dissappointed this week but its serves as motvation to make sure i do cheat as much as i did last week and make sure i am in the gym

                          day 9
                          worked a double (15 hours total no break) at the bar , forgot my food i packed so my eating was terrible , the only decent thing i had was a half lbs of almonds i snacked on the whole day

                          day 10

                          work out30-40 mins of cardio , i ran this path by my house so i didnt really keep track of time , running outdoors really makes me feel out of shape , not fat just winded easily and i notice my postural devations easily
                          also played a game of wiffle ball
                          then a few mins of soccor
                          in the ole gut
                          meal 1 2 eggs 4 whites, brocilli
                          meal 2 tuna mayo spinch
                          meal 3 chicken wrap
                          during work out shake
                          meal 4 chicken and brocilli
                          meal 5 went out to dinner at unos got the chicken spinocolii
                          our waitress was terrible, seriously

                          nothing really to report , no sides , and with seasmin porducts i only can tell a diff in my waist from a tape measurer
                          my gf did say how skinny i looked in the midsection last night
                          so we'll try to keep that going

                            notesso i only got 6.5 hours sleep the last two nights in a row and with hitting the squat number and all that i think i need some more sleep so i am going to nap , then hang out flyers for my training buisness

                              lifts upper -chest and back focused
                              -rotator cuff work-
                              bench 4sets 8 reps - 125/145/165/170- failed on last set not sure why
                              row 4 sets 8 reps 135/155/165/175 easy
                              pec deck /later raise super set 2 sets 12 reps each
                              70/90-easy 20 /20 - hard , failed 2nd time

                              chins super setted with push downs 3x5 for chins 2x12 for tris

                              i feel like my strength wasnt nearly up to par today , it was really hot and i slept terrible waking up all night

                              my sleep which shitty again last night , i satrted to think it was overtraining but that is my being dumb since 2 hardworkouts after a deloading week wouldnt equal overtraining it requires alot more then that

                                day 13

                                workoutlight cardio -jog/walked 3 miles i was going to go more but it was literally 100 degrees out (i passed a 2 diff signs that read the temp) and i couldnt handle it
                                foodhonestly it was 2 days ago and i cant rememebr excaltly
                                i am sure it was not far off from the 12 days prioir i have listed

                                day 14

                                work out good times lower glute and ham focused
                                deads 4x8 135, 185, 205, 235
                                front squats 3x8 95, 105, 125 -maybe i am not holding this right , they are so hard , i really felt in in my transverse abs
                                ham curl- 70x 6 - wow my hams were burning from mondays work out i cut these short just on set instead of 3
                                quad ext 2x15 90/100
                                calf raise triple drops 3x10 - 190/170/150 210/190/170 230/210/190
                                the last set was the only one i didnt hit 30 reps for
                                20 mins of eppiltcal cardio
                                this was all done at nine am

                                my day kinda importanti got a call from a friend after my work out asking if i would roadie for hatebreed and bleeding through for the day (off day from ozzfest show), since my training biz is still just floating and new i am broke so i was like 100 bucks fuck ya
                                so he's like be there at 1pm we proceede to carry the heaviest fuckin shit ever for the next 3 hours , everything needed to be carried down 2 flights of stairs . one of the things was a 600 lbs $40,000 mixing board
                                so basically i spent hours open hours killing my traps doing holding shrugs more or less and diont really leave the club of get home till 1 am so i was gone and not really able to eat which the exception of a sandwich at 5
                                so needless to say my diet was fucked but its one day and it was a cool expeirence , i think the girl member of bleedin through was hitting on me which is crazy , i was a sweaty mess
                                i guess thats all .
                                i only got in 2 sesaglow yesterday cause of that
