      Notes:

      Painful session today... started getting major stummy pains halfway through. Took ages to do the above and didn't get to finish, hobbled out of the gym holding onto my stummy. Took some painkillers and tried to rest, not for long... have to get back up and eat, my cals are way too low and I have lost weight Cheat day not likely to happen, cancelled my going out plans... just wanna crawl back into bed right now... feeling weak... need to eat

      Foods were pretty good today, got to 1900!! Any effects from sesaglow yet? Not really, appetite seems a little low though. Is my skin baby smooth yet? Hmm its not too bad at the moment, but I'll see if it improves with more dosings!

            Much needed rest day today! Woke up feeling pretty drained of energy, trudged off to work all day. But uni starts up again tomorrow!!! Yippeeee! back to the books! Also means that I will probably be around less often, but I will still be working a fair bit so all is not lost!

            However this is going to mean a lot more effort needed in preparation, and a lot less laziness. I am going to have to be on time, get all my foods ready, sleep earlier so I can wake up and train.
            Freezing cold weather + sleep in = missed workout = not cool

            I still want to teach aerobics classes, but right now I am doubting my schedule is going to permit it

            In other news, I am looking forward to meeting and getting my arse kicked by Emma-Leigh, who has been helping me with my diet and training!! She will be helping me with my squats and form and basically making sure I'm doing it all right, so yeah....... pretty damn excited about this one!!

                          A-Babe!! I've been using PW and it's great! I've figured out which method works best for me.... 2 scoops in 20 oz of water, let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes and I brush my teeth before heading to the gym. The cold water plus lingering toothpaste makes it taste good!!

                          I tried PU's method of putting a scoop in my mouth, but I accidentally inhaled it, which made me choke... I almost died right there. I was coughing for 20 minutes... it hurt but I'm awkward like that! hehe

                                lol, yeah PW's a pretty fine powder. I could taste it in my nose when I tried shooting it, if that makes any sense.

                                Don't choke on any PW, asianbabe. We'd miss you.
