  • Orange Triad pre training......

    I seen in an earlier post where a CL admin said not to take OT within an hour or two of training, why is this. Just curious cause I train after mornings after my breakfast and have been taking my first dose of OT with breakfast, I train about an hour to hour and a half after eating. I take my OT doses 2/2/2 instead of 3/3. For whatever reason would it be better to not start dosing my OT till my pwo meal and so on? My usual thing is 2OT tabs with 500mg vit c/breakfast then train hour or so later. I have been using GF/GM post workout for weeks now and like it.

    some get nauseated taking vitamins too close to training. if you dont, then its fine. just dont want you hacking them up and wasting them

        ok, got ya. i have been taking 'em prewo for months with no proble. thought it may have been something else. i only have a vit nausea when close to empty tummy and take 'em.

            Didn't know this. Lately feeling a little nauseous for abit early in the morning. Today experimented with just 1 OT in the morning.
