    Felt a little better today, but still having issues. I have been looking at some stuff online and the pain is coming from my bladder / Male Organ area. I am going to see a doctor if the pain persists after the weekend. I m starting to wonder if its from drinking to much water or maybe to many calories? The pain was significant enough that i could still not play 100% today. Im starting to think that my bladder is f'ing up from all the times I drank 3 gallons of water in a day and forgot to pee before going to sleep!

        I am seeing the Doctor today at 11am, it looks to be a bladder infection. I am putting my log and workouts on hold until i figure out this problem.

          Notes:
          Went to the Doctor and Got a Uranalysis done. The test came out NEGATIVE! I really dont know what the hells going on inside me right now. THe doctor suggested i see if it goes away over the weekend and then see a Specialist on monday if it persists. I also have startes supplementing with Cranberry Fruit. Hopefully this well help clear out my urinary track.

                      I am not sure of anything, but I have not had any type of loss of hunger or inability to eat. Are there any self checks I can do before I have to pay another 35 dollar co-pay (The money that should be going towards refilling almost empty Purple Wraath!) and go to the urologist.

                            its alwasy better to be safe and see a doc. if the urologist doesnt find anything you made need to go to the gastro.

                              I first want to apologize to tank and the other guys on the board for not updating my log in over a week. Over the past week my problems have cleared up and I am feeling 100%! I have been taking SesaGLOW for the last 5 days and have not noticed any side effects. I have been consistent with my diet (over 5,000 cals, 40/30/30 Ratio) and have FINALLY BROKEN through the 225 Plateau and THERE NO LOOKING BACK! I have had tad of fat gain around the waist but i would consider it minimal and i sure as hell will take a 1lb fat gain along with a 7lb muscle gain any day of the weeeeeekkkk! I am still hesitant to try black hole after my previous experience. I am not blaming what happened to me on black hole on any way, for all i know it was a coincedence. But I still have yet to try it since......

                                I can finally say that I feel back to normal, no more pains inside! I have been making steady gains since raising my calorie intake to 5,000. After this week I will take some progress measurements, I am pretty stoked that i haven't had the fat gain I was somewhat anticipating. I guess thats just another benefit from Sesaglow...
