    Last night was 100's. I was so tired when I got to the gym (too low in calories the day before). I didn't really want to go but I had already told my friend I'd be there. So I dragged my lazy but in and started sippin my pw. After the chest presses I was feeling really good.

    Chest press BB 30lbs
    Lateral machine 10lbs
    Low rows 10lbs
    Bicep curls (cable) 15lbs
    Tricep pulldown (1 arm) 15lbs
    Standing hams 10lbs (50)
    Lying leg curls 50lbs (50)
    Leg Extensions 50lbs
    Seated calf raises 25lbs

    Diet was good:

    Calories 1303/ Fat 47/Carbs 64/Prot 157

    So I broke down and weighed myself this morning.

    I've lost 5lbs since starting REDuction and lost about 1/2 inch on my waist. I haven't measured anything else yet. I was soo excited when I looked at the numbers on the scale.

        Saturday

        Diet was pretty good yesterday. Little higher in carbs but that's ok. I did have a little bit of ice cream.

        9:30 - REDuction
        10 - 1/2 scp Soy; 1/2 scp Whey; Vitamins; 5g GM
        11 - 1/2 cup Salmon; 1 whole kiwi
        1 - 1 cup Cherries
        3 - Shrimp burrito in whole wheat tortilla (w/lettuce, tomatoes, purple onion, cheese)
        5 - Same - Shrimp burrito
        7 - Chicken salad
        9 - 1/2 cup ice cream; Blacks

        Cals 1331/ Fat 51/ Carbs 113/ Prot 124

        Hit the gym in the morning just for some cardio.
        25 minutes Stairmill
        20 minutes Walked the dog (actually, she walked me)
        Ab work (bicycles, crunches and rollups)

        Than.....SHOPPING!

        I'm going to be placing my order of REDuction today or tomorrow. I really want to give this stuff at least a 2 months try. (That and I've got to enter the contest). Gotta show these guys the CL Girl Power!

                  Ok, got my body fat analyzer today. Had to try it out of course but I just eaten my peanut butter/jelly sandwhich. It says my bf is 27% (132lbs this morning) . Maybe it's defective. I'll try it again in the morning. The last time I had it done was in February when I weighed 126, it said 26%. I know there's a way to figure out how much is lean mass and all that. Haven't gotten that far in my personal trainer book. Dang it!

                  Had physical therapy yesterday, back is getting better. I have to find one of those foam rollers to help get the kinks out. He does a lot of hamstring and quad stretching for me. Maybe it's just me but when he's stretching me out I start thinking dirty thoughts. Then I feel like a little school girl cause I'm trying not to giggle. He must not think the same things cuz he's never sportin any wood.

                  Anyways, feeling pretty good today. I've been waking up alot at night to pee. At least 4 times during the night. Not much else to report.

                    Got my bb.com order today so I had to try my ex's muscle milk. That tasted hella good!! It was a good day at the gym. My back is a little sore from physical therapy so I tried not do anything that would make it worse. I've been playing with the body fat analyzer, tried it again when I got home. Now I'm at 26% bf. Lol! Must have really worked my ass off at the gym to lose 1 whole percent.

                      Ok, took my bf again this morning (like the directions said to) and it came to about 25.9%, bmi is 22.

                      Tried to add a pic but it's not showing up for some reason.

                            Last Day

                            Today was my last day running REDuction. I'm going to take my measurements first thing in the morning but I wanted to post up some pictures. I'll put down my official review of my month on REDuction tomorrow too.

                              So these were my starting measurements:
                              Biceps: Lft 11" Rt 11 1/2" Flexed Lft 12 1/4" Rt 12"
                              Waist 29"
                              Butt 39"
                              Hip 36 3/4"
                              Thighs Lft 23 3/4: Rt 24"
                              Calfs Lft 12 1/4: Rt 12 3/4"
                              Chest 36"

                              This mornings measurements:

                              Weight was 131lbs; 25.7% bf -5lbs
                              Waist 27.5" -1.5"
                              Butt 38" -1"
                              Hip 35" -1 3/4"
                              Thigh lft 23" rte 22.5" lft - 3/4"; rte -1.5"
                              Bicep (flxd) lft 12" rte 12" -1/4"; rte -3/4"
                              Calf lft 12" rte 12.5" lft -1/4";rte -1/4"

                              I forgot to measure my chest.

                              My thoughts on REDuction. As you can see I've had positive results. I've been able to loose bodyfat without loosing muscles. The reds gave me really great energy throughout the day. I'm very sensitive to stimulants and haven't been able to take any fatburners without feeling jittery, amped up, hot flashes or that nasty crash. Nothing like that with the am pills. I feel alert, energized and ready to go all day. It's a constant energy too, no ups and downs. I don't hit the gym til after work, around 5:30 and don't feel drained the way you do with other fatburners. Even on a low calorie diet I've been able to maintain my strength and even increase the number of sets I do.

                              The pm pills were great in helping me get that deep sleep that I can't normally get. They didn't work like a sleeping pill for me in the sense that they make you drowsy and you just drop off. For me it really relaxed my whole body. Even if I wake up a few times in the night to pee I was stilling waking up feeling refreshed. I could fall right back into a deep sleep after waking up in the night. Getting up in the morning was not harder than usual. I didn't get the groggy feeling that sleeping pills leave with you.

                              Something else that I noticed with REDuction. I was really bloated when I first started taking it. I almost looked pregnant. I'm still not sure what was doing it but I didn't change anything in my diet and after about a week of the pills the bloating has disappeared. Not only that but I noticed that I wasn't as hungry either so the appetite suppressant really does work.

                              My overall review is that I really love this product. I'm taking the Green Magnitudeand Purple Wraath and I really think they compliment each other. I'm soo impressed with the REDuction that I bought a box and started that today. (New thread coming!)

                              So CL, thanks for another great product and letting me be one of the first to test it.
