    First things first. Thanks CL for giving me this great opportunity to try out the REDuction! I am really excited and can't wait to see the results.

    So alittle about me. My body type is mesomorph. I'm 36 years old, 5'3" (almost 5'4"!!) very small boned (petite frame), and here's the ugly part. I weigh 136lbs. Last year, if you remember the infamous Green Magnitude contest shorts I was about 120lbs than. Over the holidays I gave up on my diet and cardio while still weight training. I like having curves but right now it's too much of the wrong curves. I started up my cardio back up 2 months ago and cleaned up my diet some but haven't lost one single pound so I'm hoping the REDuction will do the trick! I would like to lose at least 10lbs but my ultimate goal is to get back to 120lbs.

    So here are the measurements:

    Biceps: Lft 11" Rt 11 1/2" Flexed Lft 12 1/4" Rt 12"
    Waist 29"
    Butt 39"
    Hip 36 3/4"

      Monday - Chest and Triceps

      Today was the first day of REDuction. I only took one pill to see how I would feel. I felt pretty good. Not amped up but awake and alert. I'm not a morning person and usually don't start talking to anyone til about 10am but I felt more perky than usual. My allergies were murder today so I had to take an allergy pill, which usually makes me drowsy but I didn't feel drowsy at all. I yawned a few times but not the "I have to have a nap" feeling I usually get in the afternoons. I can't wait to double my dosage tomorrow.

      So here's how my meals went today, diet was perfect :

      7am - 1 RED
      7:30: - 1/2 scp soy; 1/2 scp whey shake; multi-vitamin; glucosamine chondriotin; calcium
      10 - 3 egg whites/1 whole w/2 tbsp monterey jack cheese; 1/2 cup yams
      1 - 1/2 cup grnd turkey; 1/2 cup brown rice; 1/2 cup lettuce; 1/4 cup tomatoes; 2 tbsp cheddar cheese
      4 - Medium fuji apple; 1 scp whey
      4:30 - 5g GM
      Gym - 1 scp PW
      7:30 - 1/2 scp soy; 1/2 scp whey shake
      8 - 1 cup cottage cheese; 5 small strawberries
      9 - 1 Black

      Cals: 1385 /Fat: 44/Carbs 105/Prot 143

      Workout:

      Treadmill - Warm up - 5 min - 3.5 @ 3.0 incline

      It was a great workout; my back is tired from physical therapy today. I forgot to mention in my intro that I had pulled my low back in March and I've been going to pt twice a week for the last 2 weeks. Next week will be my last pt, my back is feeling pretty much 90% now but I still can't do heavy squats. He says lunges are ok. Basically anything that I can keep my back in a neutral position is ok. I probably won't be able to do leg presses for a while but everything else is ok. Abs are still tough, I can do planks and crunches on the ball but lower abs will be a challenge. I report on the Black's effect tomorrow.

            I slept so good last night. I only woke up twice cuz I had to pee soo bad. Usually I wake up about 5x. Didn't feel groggy or anything this morning.

            Took the regular dose for Red this morning...

                Legs

                Today was a good day. Started my morning off with 2 Reds. No jitters, racing heart or any other kind of side effects that I normally get with other fat burners. Loving this stuff! My energy level was the same all day. No ups or downs. The feeling is like after a really good nights sleep. You feel energetic and alert, ready to take on the world. I noticed was wasn't as hungry as I usually am either.

                So here's todays meal, right on track again:

                7am - 2 Reds
                7:30 - 1/2 scoop Soy; 1 scoop Whey; Glucosamine chondroitin & Calcium
                10 - 3 Egg whites/1 whole; 1/2 cup yams; 1 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
                1 - 1/2 cup Ground Turkey; 1/4 cup Red Beans; 1 cup lettuce; 1/4 cup tomatoes; 1 oz Cheddar Cheese
                4 - Medium Fuji Apple; 1 scoop Whey

                My back was sore today from physical therapy yesterday so I tried to go easy on this workout. This was the first time I was able to do the leg press machine in 2 months. Kinda depressing going from doing 405lbs to 50. I could feel it in my low back so we'll have to see how my back feels tomorrow. I was starting to really feel it in my back during cardio so I cut it short. My goal was at least 20 minutes. Time to go eat and get ready for tomorrows day.

                    Engergy level was great during the day. Alert and feeling pretty good. I've been feeling drained when I get home after the workouts. The 4 sets is really kicking my . It was also in the 90's today and supposed to be hotter tomorrow so I think that has to do with being tired.

                    I'm not as hungry as I used to be, which is great. Diet was pretty good today I did have a little cheat though. I told my boss when she went to the store NOT to buy chocolate. She always does, she said ok. She came back with Jelly Bellys! So I had a couple of those.........ok, I had about 12. Um, their fat free right? No biggie, that was the only cheat so I think I did pretty good. This weekend will be the hardest. Saturday is bbq time, so that will be my cheat meal. I'm going to try and just stick with meats and salad because later that night I'm heading out with the gals. Not drinking will be tough.

                      I used to be a heavy drinker when I went through my "clubbing phase". Switching to not drinking when I went out with friends was hard, but what I discovered that helps quite a bit: Order a water, but make it fun hehe. Throw a lime slice or lemon slice, or hell both, on the side and see if they have any little umbrellas or little plastic swords to make it pretty. Fun times

                          Shoulders and Triceps

                          Energy level was really good today, after I took the RED. I tossed and turned last night because it was so hot so I was a little tired this morning. Did some light ab work since my back is really feeling better now.

                          Physical therapy went well. He's going to order a couple more weeks of therapy for me and I should be back 100% by then. If you notice my back workout doesn't contain hypers. They will in another month. Tonight was shoulder night.

                          The added set to my routines this week has really wiped me out. Not to mention it's a 100 degrees outside which really drains you. But my strength is still up. So that is definately a good thing.

                          Diet was on again today (minus the Jelly Bellys):

                          I'm trying to keep my diet low carbs. I just finished my Syntha 6 today and am now taking ON 100% Whey (strawberry) so that should help keep it low. The Syntha 6 was a little too high for me but it tasted pretty darn good!

                          A pretty good day, energy was even throughout the day. Was able to train hard in the gym (despite the heat) and I'm not as hungry as I normally am.
                          Tomorrow will be 100's day. 100 reps for every body part.

                              100 rep night was insane and draining (100 reps for each exercise). Had my ice cold PW and was ready to go.

                              Flat Bench Press - barbell (45lbs?)
                              Shoulder Press - 30lb barbell
                              Low Rows - 50lb
                              Preacher Curls - 10lbs
                              Tricep Pressdown (machine) - 30lbs
                              Single leg press (foot position low) - 50lbs
                              Leg Extensions - 50lbs
                              Calves - 10lbs (dont laugh, they hurt)

                              Diet was um, not that great. Well not that bad but my dinner really did it.

                              Ouch! I know, I wasn't reallly that hungry at my 1 o'clock meal time so I really just picked at it. I probably ate less than what I calculated but than by 3 I knew I was going to have to eat to be able to get those 100's. So I grabbed a handful of almonds.....ok, 2 handfuls. They were soo good. Went to the mall after the gym and was hungry by the time I was headed home and cottage cheese just did not sound good at all. So the almonds (even though healthy) and the taco bell (not so healthy) really put my calories up there. I think my body needed it. Today will probably be a little high in calories again but Sunday diet will be back on.

                              Well, I don't seem to be having much luck with my ipod lately. I did get it to work, even though it still cuts out, but then someone stole it out of my little gym bag. I didn't use it yesterday since I was training with my partner but I did have it that morning. How rude! I was going to go in for some stairmill cardio this morning but I can't do it without my tunes. The stairmill is hard enough without having to listen to f*ing sapping love songs in the background. So, today will be no cardio but lounging by the pool for a while. Tomorrow will be no excuses and just a cardio day.

                              Oh, I almost forgot. On the leg press I just wanted to see how high I could place my feet before it started pulling on my back (lately I have to inch it up slowly to get them in place) and last night my feet hit the top with no problems. Didn't even feel it at all, so looks like I'll be able to do high feet positions again too.
