    Default White Blood..............

    I'm gonna take my WB before bed. Should I take it before my bed time shake or could I take it with it?

    I took it 30 min prebed. I believe the shake timing will not make a difference.

    If you have the extra money to through in Blood you should look at adding Orange Triad.

    I think WB should first be tried pre-workout if that doesn't work out well for you, use it pre-bed.

    It is a win win situation.

    I like WB more than WF for pumps. WF more than WB for energy.

    whats the point of WB at night? is it for those who lift first thing in the mornin or what? I use WF but am curious if WB would help me at all, but I lift during the afternoon/early night... i get decent pumps from it on my bicep day, not really any other time tho.. still love the energy

    better progression too IMO


    i agree with your earlier post about its better before bed than a workout.. You can get pumps without any supplements; they will just enhance them...

    and the pumps are temporary, progression/results are more permenant

    well well, another night of great sleep and energy upon waking with wb !! i was using zma for months before. i seemed to sleep deep but i didn't feel as energized upon waking, that tells me the wb must be really relaxing me during sleep and obviously repairing cells, better blood flow/oxygen, etc while sleeping to be able to wake like this. lovin' it!!!!!!!!!!
