      Since you aren't getting the response you want out of CGBP I'd go with skullcrushers or even a DB overhead tricep extension, this will help you isolate the tris and get them tore up

            Woke up today and for the first time in months everything hurts!! my traps hurt when i move my neck or arms, legs are sore, wow yesterday was a great workout

              DAY 6 CHEAT DAY!!!

              Nutrition:
              Ok, I started the day with oatmeal, natty PB and raisins accompanied by a whey shake
              Ordered a medium pizza, mushrooms, italian sausage, and extra sauce.
              I just ate a slice every time i felt hungry and finished it off by the end of the day.
              Also I had a cup of frozen veggies, and an apple.

              Supplementing:
              Standard protocol seen above, didn't miss anything.

              Workout:
              rest, well deserved and much needed rest.

              Thoughts:
              Like i stated above, I could barely move, but it was one of the best workouts this year, so no complaints.
              Did a lot of walking around downtown nashville, other than that, just relaxed.

                  DAY 7 Pool Day

                  Nutrition: Natty PB, oatmeal and raisins!!!!
                  whey shake
                  EAS Carb control Bar ( )
                  2 cups, frozen vegies
                  1.1 lb. sirloin steak, lean trimmed
                  1 bannana
                  1 apple
                  1 casein shake

                  I haven't worked out since friday so I dont feel bad for not eating enugh calories, I had a protein heavy day none-the less.

                  Supps:
                  didnt miss any

                  Workout:
                  watching the girls in lil bikinis by the pool, my neck hurts.

                  Thoughts:
                  still sore, quite amazing, ummm, yep, looking forward to Mondays workout.

                    Day 8 Back to the Power House

                    Nutrition:
                    Followed my plan, getting sick of same ol, need to stay strong thought

                    Supps:
                    Didn't miss anything

                    Workout:
                    Bench Press [wu, 2 X 135, 6 X 115, 12 X 95, 9 X 95] very dissapointed
                    Incline Press [11 X 85, 9 X 95, 11 X 95, 8 X 95]
                    Decline flye [12 X 17.5, 9 X 17.5, 10 X 17.5]
                    DB Lunges [WU (BWeight), 4 X35 <----- Fell on the 5th rep, legs just couldn't move me since they were still sore from friday!
                    Laying Leg curls [14 X 80, 10 X 100, 10 X 100, 10 X 100] I refused to go any less than 10 on leg curls!
                    Seated Leg curls [no seated leg curl machine? ]
                    Chest Fly machine [12 X 90, 10 X 100, 10 X 100, 10 X 90]


                    Thoughts:
                    -I sucked today, i wasnt pumped, my roomates were not focused so I was only more distracted.
                    -I was angry at my chest for bitching out on my bench presses so I hit the flye machine.
                    -I have wicked gas, it burns my own eyes, not sure what supp is doing it or the high protein diet, its bad
                    -Also did some forearm curls for fun when i made it back to the apartment complex
                    -Worout has been changed, I will post the new schedule for opinions 2morrow

                      Supps: Usual schedule, 2 scoops GG pre with PW and 1 GG after in workout shake.

                      Nutrition: schedule seen above, sub the steak with 1 .4 oz. of lean cut chicken breast.

                      Workout:
                      Overhead Press [5 X 80, 10 X 60, 6 X 60, 9 X 50]
                      DB rear delt raise [10 X 20, 10 X 20, 10 X 20, 11 X 17.5]
                      Cable Lateral Raise [10 X 20, 14 X 16, 15 X 16, 12 X 16]
                      calf extensions [17 X 225, 21 X 275, 19 X 275, 26 X 175]
                      Seated Calf Raise [17 X 85, 19 X 85, 15 X 95, 22 X 95]
                      EXTRA SHOULDER PRESSES [5 X 90, 10 X 70]

                      Thoughts:
                      Gatorade Rain plus PW isn't too bad
                      3 scoops of GG and my calves are growing out of my skin.
                      Good focus today, intensity was pretty high.
                      Workout was good but now i need to relax for my golf tourney this weekend

                                Supps:
                                1 PW with gatorade
                                2 GG pre and 1 GG post
                                sesaglow is good
                                anagen.....
                                all the usuals, i stayed on schedule.

                                Nutrition:
                                followed the plan to a T

                                Workout
                                Pec Flye Machine [12 X 90, 10 X 110, 10 X 120]
                                Bench [3 X 125, 5 X 115, 10 X 95, 8 X 95]
                                DB Incline Press [ 12 X 30, 9 X 40, 7 X 40]
                                Lying leg curls [ 14 X 100, 7 X 130, 9 X 120]
                                Cable cross overs [14 X 50, 10 X 70, 8 X 70]
                                Smith Shrugs [ 16 X 140, 10 X 190] back was feeling pressured so i stopped
                                Also did about 40 curls throughout the workout
                                DB Lunges [ 10 X 25, 10 X 30] legs werent feeling right, so i stopped for the day

                                Thoughts:
                                -Another shitty workout, I can't get my head in the zone, I can't understand why
                                -Stomach feels unhappy when i first drink the PW shake, i'm thinking about getting a yogurt in me with the shake to see if thing's feel better.
                                -Sleeping alright, my muscles swell up pretty well as soon as i workout which is nice, but not a great visible growth yet
