        Exactly!! 'Ramp' up, that's the word I was looking for! 'Drawn out' + 'Warm' = 'Ramp'.

            True story... cravings are ZERO right now during my recomp with Red ACID and I'm finding that its synergistic with the Purple WRAATH Amino's as far as the Nootropic effects.

              Can you guys give any suggestions for the timing? I usually workout around 8pm, so it's tough to take a serving of RA so late in the evening, otherwise I'm up all night.

                    Day 8

                    Back Day!!

                    Lat Pulldown: (warmup 105x12, 105x10, 120x6, 150x3, 165x1, 180x1) 190x6 (PR!), 190x5, 185x6

                    Deadlift: 205x2, 265x6, 265x6 (PR!), 265x4

                    DB Row: 90x6, 90x6 (PR!)

                    Reverse Cable Xover: 25x6, 25x6

                    I felt great today, lots of energy, strength was up. I attacked the DL's today, breaking my previous best by 40 lbs! I was aiming for at least 2 PR's today and got 3, so I'm feeling good. Again, the Red Acid seemed to give a nice energy lift... I've also noticed it's helped my focus when I take it about 30 minutes before my wo.

                      Day 9

                      Shoulder day!!

                      DB Military: (warmup 35x12, 35x10, 40x6, 45x3, 55x1) 65x6, 65x6, 65x5

                      Cable Lateral Raise: 20x6, 25x6, 25x5

                      BB Shrug: 275x6, 275x5, 275x6

                      Upright Row: 100x6, 100x6 (PR)

                      Only 1 PR today, but I'm fine with that. I had a sharp pain in my forearms, real deep like it was in my bone. Anytime I'd lift the weight into position it would flare up... not sure what that's about.

                      I weighed in this morning at 201! Down 4 lbs already, I might break the 200 barrier yet I haven't been this lean in years. Tomorrow morning, if I can wake up early enough, I'll take some measurements and see what's changed.

                        Congrats bro! I remember saying those same words myself when I did my first Red Acid log. Don't sell yourself short though, 200 is nothing. Go for 195!

                              Day 10

                              Took some measurements this morning:

                              Bicep (relaxed): 13 7/8" (-1/8")
                              Bicep (Flexed): 14 3/4" (-3/8")
                              Wrist: 7 1/4"
                              Calf (5" below knee): 16" (-1/8")
                              Thigh (5" above knee): 21 3/4" (-1/4")
                              Waist: 36 1/4" (-3/4")
                              Stomach (at navel): 37" (-1"!)
                              Neck: 15 1/4"

                              BF%: 20.5 (-1.5%)

                              I gotta say everything is positive so far. The inch off my stomach is my favourite. I knew my clothes had been feeling looser, I just didn't realize it was by so much.

                              For the BF%, I use the 3-point method, I take each measurement 5 times and then take the average. I'd like to have a more accurate test done though, just to see how close the calipers really are.
