    We all know about Red Acid, so I'll just skip to my own info.

    Current stats (all measurements will be taken in morning before breakfast):

    Bicep (relaxed): 14"
    Bicep (Flexed): 15 1/8"
    Wrist: 7 1/4"
    Calf (5" below knee): 16 1/8"
    Thigh (5" above knee): 22"
    Waist: 37"
    Stomach (at navel): 38"
    Neck: 15 1/4"

    BF%: ~22% (average of 3-point measurement, taken 5 times)

    Height: 6' 0"
    Weight: 205 lbs.

    Current Supplementation:

    *Controlled Labs Red Acid
    *Controlled Labs Purple Wraath (Pre, during and post workout)
    *ON 100% Whey
    *Syntrax Swole V.2
    *Cytosport Complete Whey
    *Dymatize MegaMilk (taken before bed on lifting days)
    *Omega 3-6-9 (Costco Brand)
    *GNC MegaMan multi
    *Vitamin C (Costco Brand)

    Training:

    - I'll be using Max-OT style lifting as follows:

    Day 1: Chest
    Day 2: Legs
    Day 3: Rest
    Day 4: Arms
    Day 5: Back
    Day 6: Shoulders
    Day 7: Rest

    Due to my schedule, my rest days will probably get moved around here and there, but I will still be lifting 5 days a week. I will also be doing cardio post-wo whenever I can.

    Goals:

    - I'm mainly concerned with my BF%, I want that sucker to drop!! If my weight doesn't change, I won't care as long as my BF% is decreasing.

    Today is a rest/cardio day as I'll be pretty busy and won't have time for the gym, tomorrow will be shoulders.

    I'll see if I can find a newspaper around here to make the pics 'official'

          Thanks for the well wishes folks! Today I went to the gun club with some friends, we spent over 6 hours in the sun and I was way too drained for any cardio. I took Red Acid when I woke up this morning, and then probably around 7pm tonight after shooting. I definitely noticed an increase in body temp, a boost in energy and alertness (I'm not a morning person)... could be placebo, but we'll find out as the log goes on.

          As for my trip to the gun club, it was alright. I had never fired a gun before, and I guess it was fun, but I don't think I'd do it again. Some people get totally obsessed over guns, but I guess it just isn't for me.

            This morning I took RA when I woke up, then took another serving about 4 hours later, before my workout. Today was shoulder day, and I'm not sure if it was the RA or the actual tempurature, but I was sweating like crazy today. I had plenty of energy and my strength felt great. I usually have better wo's on weekends, so the PR's are nothing unusual.

            DB Military: (warmup 40x10, 40x10, 45x6, 55x3, 55x1) 65x6, 65x6 (PR), 60x6

            DB Front Raise: 35x6, 35x6

            DB Lateral Raise: 30x6, 30x6

            BB Shrug: 225x6, 275x6, 275x6 (PR)

            Upright Row: 80x6, 90x6, 90x6 (PR)

            It's now been about 4 hours since I got back from the gym, I'm not feeling any kind of a crash. My energy is still up and I'm feeling good. So far, so good.

              Hey CL guys, let me know if these pics qualify for the RA promotion. I just started taking it yesterday, but had to wait for today to get a paper. And I love the headline on this, "9 Inches Could Cost You" haha!

                  Chest Day!!

                  DB Bench: (warmup 45x10, 45x10, 50x6, 55x3, 65x1) 75x6, 80x5, 80x4

                  DB Incline: 70x6, 70x5

                  Dips: BWx6 (3 sets)

                  Cable Xover: (high) 50x6, 50x6
                  (low) 35x6, 35x5

                  Everything felt good today, no complaints. I took Red Acid when I woke up, and again about an hour before my workout. I had lots of energy, worked up a good sweat, another good day!!

                  If I can remember, I'll take a weight measurement tomorrow morning for a little update.

                    Weighed myself this morning: 203 lbs.

                    Down 2 lbs, could be water weight, either way I'm not complaining. RA seems to give me a nice energy lift, haven't noticed any kind of a crash at all. So far, day 4 is going well!

                          Leg day! Squats felt more difficult than usual tonight... felt like I really had to push myself to do the weights I did. Leg press felt great though, weird.

                          Squats: (Warmup 135x10, 135x10, 155x6, 165x3, 185x1) 205x6, 205x5, 205x5

                          Leg Press: 410x6, 430x6, 430x6 (PR)

                          SLDL: 165x6, 165x6 (PR)

                          Rotary Calf Machine: 405x10, 405x10

                          Seated Calf Raise: 180x10, 180x10

                          This was my 3rd day in a row hitting the gym, I feel like my body is still trying to get used to going so often. Today felt strong, but I was struggling with the squats a bit. Still managed to get a couple PR's, so I'm happy. Tomorrow I'll be resting, I've got some decent meals planned as well.

                          Lately I've been mixing my Purple Wraath about 30 minutes before heading to the gym and letting it chill in the fridge. Before I leave, I brush my teeth. The lingering toothpaste taste seems to make the PW taste better. Weird, but it works for me!

                            Had a full rest day today. I wanted to do some cardio, but my legs feel like a bag of hammers, so I figured rest would be better. I do some ab work before going to bed.

                            2 servings of RA today... I like the energy it gives. At work today, I felt alert and awake... usually I'm slow and drowsy at the office.

                              Arm day!!

                              BB Curl: (warmup 50x10, 50x10, 60x6, 70x3, 70x1) 90x6 (PR), 90x5, 90x5

                              DB Alt Curl: 45x6, 45x5

                              Cable Hammer w/ rope: 105x6, 115x6, 115x6 (PR)

                              Hammer Tri Pulldown: 135x6, 145x6, 150x6 (PR)

                              Seated DB Tri Extension: 70x6, 70x6

                              Skullcrusher: 80x6, 90x6 (PR)

                              After this I did some ab work.

                              Everything felt pretty good, strength and energy were solid. I'm liking the lift I get from Red Acid. It doesn't feel like an energy 'spike', it's more of a drawn out, 'warm' energy without any noticeable crash. Good stuff so far.
