  • I take Whey Post and MM Pre? What can I use for a good carb source?

    I take 1 Scoop Optimuim 100% Whey Post and

    1 Scoop Muscle Milk Pre

    Right now I've just been eating two tangerines with my protein shakes...
    But, I'd like to have a better recommendation. What about a granola bar thats common in groccery stores? Can anyone recommend something?

    put in blender, grind to powder, add 1 scoop to protein shakes and enjoy

      for starters you should take whey pre and post and if anything use MM before bed or after workouts, the higher calorie and fats can be better used in your body. Post workout carbs are easy, just about anything can be used because during this crucial time your body will put them to use no matter where they come from like white bread, oats, juice, cookies, waxy maize starch, etc.
