    hey guys just uploaded these they might not all be working yet something about processing or something but should be up in next hour or so idk

    plz review and give any advice you want they are old videos... and made them just to get myself on film to see what im doing.. i feel there are many things wrong or not done to a T.. so any comments would be great thanks

    next is a video of me doing 3x315 deadlifts.. im always thinking about my form but of course a video shows you what your doing after the fact.. i have a few ideas how to fix or improve on what i did.. again this is old months-1year old in my old gym

    third is a video of 405x1 rep deadlift.. form is prob horrible i feel that with both these deadlift videos my back is doing toomuch work.. i could be wrong. i know i get fairly low with my legs so that should be alright but im missing something in my form so im posting these for advice.. thanks

    Those were a SLDL not even a varation of it.

    that guy is a house and good vids i just wish i could have someone work with me in gym

    just wanted to add thanks for finally replying.. my goal this week is to grab bar with upperbody still angled up rather then flat

    Pretty close, not as bad with the 225.

    Always start with light weight till you get form down, then go up you will benefit much more.

    Im guessing your quad strength is weaker compared to your hamstring. I would add in Front Squats to your workout

    well thanks guys input is always great since i get none in the gym

    but i just started doing front squats again and only front squats prob mixed with a few back squats but with light weight to keep form going

    there is no squat rack at my current gym so its not fun and i dont think i can clean 225 to my shoulders or higher

    Yeah, my problem is always form in deadlifts, too easy to hurt your back so it's a slow process.
