Whats a reasonable alternative to Micellar Casein... My brand is giving me gas.

I've been using Optimum's 100% Casein Protein as a bedtime protein. But for some reason I've been getting bad gas because of it.

Can anyone think of a protein that has the same slow absorption rate but, without any lactose or Casein in it.

You'll be hard stressed to find a 'slow' protein source sans casein or lactose

Of course there is fiber.. But not that slow

Egg protein is a little slower. You can just down some eggs and veggies before bed. Fat will slow absorption.

Beverly's Ultimate Muscle Protein is 2/3 casein and actually lactose free. I know many competitors who use it up till showtime.

yeah.. i havent ordered from there in a long while.. but when id id, i would of known if shipping was ugly.. my last order was 2-3 tubs of stuff, pretty big amount..

awhile back i twas gonan order a sample pack of like 15 powders, and it was like 10$ shipping to central PA... i was like... wtf
