ok, i use wf prewo and pw during and gm after. is white blood only a prewo supp or is it an effective supp to use before bed. i noticed taurine in it, would this interfere with sleep if taken before bed?

You can also use WB before bed for sure.. That a good way to use it if you're already using WF

And no... I would not classify taurine as a stimulant at all..

white blood is awesome before bed, give it a go. it will enhance sleep, not disrupt it
