I was like whaaaaattt??? 5 grams sounds right though. I don't trust measuring with utensils though, scales are the way to go.

                I think...

                1 Tbsp. = approx. 15g
                1 TEAspoon = 5g

                I hope I haven't been taking like 1 g of Creatine a day...

I have seen it vary between powders. ALCAR is 750mg per 1/4 teaspoon, glutamine is 4.5g per teaspoon , BCAA is 450mg per 1/4 teaspoon. I may be wrong but this is what I have found from my searches and from what I have at home.

When they say teaspoon, does this mean a piled up to the max teaspoon full?

Some (will usually say) reccomment a heaping teaspoon like for Glutamine to get hte full 5 grams. But usually is referes to a level teaspoon (measuring type).
