Yeah I definitely have my show "addictions"! Plus the man is a cable guy for AT&T so we get a pretty good discount on everything.

Things are slightly set back this weekend. Have been sick since I woke up Saturday morning. Had to miss out on Rich's show which I was sad about. But I've passed the sickness on to enough people already and definitely did not want to bring it to the show!

One thing that has been cool though is through being sick I have kept up with my clean eating.... My boyfriend got the same sickness and doesn't eat clean. Needless to say my body has been fighting it off way better than his.

Something else cool... our apartment has exposed support beams in the downstairs so whenever he feels better he's going to pick up some piping and install a pull-up bar into it. And then I am getting the P90X DVDs from a co-worker. Woo!

      bitjunkie.org + google utorrent

you can prolly download every episode of them shows like 2-3 hours after htey air.. you lose HD quality (at least I cant seem to DL stuff in HD) but you save what, like 750$ annualy? not too mention all the calories youll burn by not sitting in front of TV so much...i lost my free cable monday night.. and its cool, i accomplished so much in terms of organizing/cleaning our apt up.. if i had cable i would of just sat there and watched stupid shows that do nothing productive for my life either in the present or the future..

Dude, I am so tired of your NEGATIVE posts! Who gives a fuck?! TV, cars, fast food, etc are just excuses people use to explain their fat laziness. It is not WHY they are fat and lazy. I watch TV a lot but I still work out. TV happens to be a part of my social life. I like watching shows with or without people and then discussing them with friends and coworkers. It's FUN!!! And sometimes I LIKE to be lazy and drive my car across the street to pick something up when it is really only a 3 minute walk.

And I beg of you... PLEASE don't respond to this, cause I know it will just be more BS negativity. Actually, please don't even respond to anything in my thread if it's just going to be negativity! I'm done with it.

Jenn, maybe you need a change of pace. I just got the lay off letter so I dropped the gym and will spend the summer doing some serious roadwork. It will give you a chance to renew your goals and reset your workouts.Good luck and I hope the contract gets settled soon............

Jenn, I'm going to miss the gang at urban fitness. I had my wife adjust my diet from 3000cal to 1800cal. My future daughter in law was in the arnold again this year, she is going to make additional adjustments in my diet. I'll have to get out and run just to get away from them...ha. It will a good time to review my old logs and and work on some new plans.

                                The layout for now...

                                Day 1: Back & Chest
                                Day 2: Cardio
                                Day 3: Delts & Arms
                                Day 4: Cardio
                                Day 5: Legs & Abs
                                Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Off (or hiking or something outdoorsey)

                                5/29 Back and Chest

Surprisingly I got up on time this morning. Got to the gym around 5:45 so I could get in 30 minutes of weights and around 30 minutes of cardio. Cardio was cut short on accident because I didn't realize all the gym clocks are about 15 minutes early! Had a pretty decent workout for my first day back. I'm not recording weight amounts for a while so that I can feel out everything in the new gym and get used to it all first. But today went a little something like this:

                                Wide-grip pulldowns
                                DB Pullovers
                                Close-grip rows
                                Incline DB Press
                                A1 Bent over DB rows
                                A2 Flat DB flys

20 minutes of incline intervals on the treadmill

I feel good And enjoying the weird sensation of my chest and back being sore at the same time.
