    Has anyone used this training method? Just curious....I am using it now with good results.

      Three exercises per bodypart... in the contracted position, stretched and mid range.
      For quads for example...
      mid range- squats
      contracted- leg extension
      stretched- sissy squats

      For biceps it'd be...
      mid range- barbell curl
      contracted- concentration curls
      stretched- incline curls

        it's actually mid-range then stretched then contracted position is the correct order in which the exercises are supposed to be done.
