            Thanks, I will check it out. I just like heavy riffs but its still music unlike most Slipknot songs hehe

              Hate breed- I will be heard.
              Disturbed- a whole bunch of there songs
              Deftones- Same a bunch of there songs too.
              Rob ZOmbie- A whole bunch of his songs too, Amercian Pyscho is good.

                    I get really pumped to very hateful rap songs (DMX + Eminem)

                    Also nelly is really good.

                    Then for a total switch from the rap genre over to some dance music...I've listened to Cascada in the gym - it works.

                    Basically anything with a nice beat that gets me going

                            Ugh...the gold's gym I go to plays nothing but this and pop music. It's really annoying. I've got an mp3 player but I only wear it when I do cardio since it makes it hard to hear your partner if you're blasting music through headphones while you lift.

                              Actually a lot more songs, but right before a huge lift I like to get a good beat going on. I get so pumped! The only thing I hate is when f**kers bring the stereo and crank it so loud that I can’t hear my headphones. OMG. Please do jump out the window because you’re doing bicep curls in the squat rack and listening to pop music. Then they look at you funny when you turn that BS down lol…
