I've gone through some Labrada stuff, some BSN stuff, and I'm finishing up with some Gaspari stuff. .... now, on to CL!!!!!!!! I'm gunning for mega mass gains, and so far I'm doing well.
What I'm about to drop change on:
GG
WF
GM
PR
GF
OT (OT in the morning, PO, and afternoon)
I'm planning to take them like this:
GG - 45 min pre (chase w/ water)
WF - 30 min pre
GM - 15 min pre
PR - during workout
GF - right after WO
Lunch / Whey / OT.
I assume that's good timing.
MY QUESTION IS THOUGH:
Taking all these supps, is there any one of these I shouldn't take full dose of? I mean, do some of these overlap? I suspect I wouldn't ramp up to a full dose of GG AND WF... but that's just me wondering... With all the other supps, would I ramp up to full PR doseage?
Do I still need to stop taking my fish-oil (Omeg3) with these supps?
btw: I'm 205, 6' 1", been on, and targeting 1 lb a week as long as I can keep it up or till I hit 225!
