I have been using White Flood and Green Mag for 3 weeks and I love this stuff. I have so much energy when I go to the gym, I raise my repetitions by 1 or 2 at every sessions. I take 1 scoop of GM 30 minutes before going to the gym and 2 scoops of WF 20-30 minutes also.
I should receive my Purple Wraath and Glycergrow next week if everything goes fine with Canada's custom. How should I incorporate this? 2 scoops 30 minutes pre workout of GG and 1-2 scoops of PW during workout? With 2 scoops of WF, should I take 1 or 2 scoops of PW?
Also, just want to be sure everything is fine, I eat 1.5 scoop of ON with 2 slices of whole wheat bread at 3pm, then come back home at 4:45, take my supplements, start my workout at around 5:15, finish it around 6:15 and eat steak, chicken, turkey or fish at 6:30 with some whole wheat pasta. Is this fine?
