I still am not sold on Glutamine's properties as an anti-catabolic, but I do like it for its immune system boosting effects. I dont get lil colds or anything near as often or near as bad, and I personaly feel its because I supplement with Glutamine.
I like HMB, and have seen improvements while using it. Research says that HMB is not as effective in the more seasoned athletes/BBs/lifters.
