    GMag: 1/2 scoop preworkout, 1 scoop off days
    GBulge: 3 caps postworkout

    Goal:
    I'm going for gold here and trying to achieve lean muscle mass and fat loss at the same time. At the end of the 50 days I hope to be at least 185lbs and a bit slimmer at the waist.

    Thoughts:
    Didn't notice anything special today. I tried the x-tend for the first time in weeks and I had forgoten how good it tastes. Pumps weren't noticable but overall I had a solid workout.

                  Your gonna get fuking huge on that stack bro! Eat BIG when on the X-factor. I wish I was pounding the calories I am now when I ran Hyper-H.

                      Thoughts:
                      Well interestingly enough I'm a little sick. I felt a very slight tingling in my throat yesterday and today its gotten a bit worst with a slight runny nose. I guess the vigor hasn't kicked in yet. Also, my back is slighty sore, note that my back was rarley sore during my last log. I don't know if I will take the full dosage of X-Factor today, I guess it depends on how I feel for the rest of the day.
                      Edit: I ended up not taking the full dosage of x-factor.

                        I'm gonna pause the x-factor for today and possibly tommorow because I'm fairly sick. I've got some stomach issues and a slight cold. I'm gonna be sipping on some x-tend to hopefully preserve my muscle mass while I'm sick. Oh and my family is having a huge bbq party tonight so I'll try to eat as much as possible.

                          Sorry to hear you are feeling sick man, hopefully that Vigor will help you bounce back pretty quick. Try to keep hydrated and get back in the gym when you can.

                            good luck with xfactor , i did a log of that in gb and had great luck too then tune of 14.5 lbs in 50 days
