Okay took the Red Acid like intructed and the Green also. With the green I really felt it pump through my veins. Also I do not know why but I had gas like a mofo yesterday. Could this be because of the red acid? I was on a low calorie diet so my intake was around 1700 to 1900 Calories. But all in all I liked it. Lets see what today does for me.
