is Yellow nEuphoria any good for anxiety? sometime i feel stressed out for no reason and i lose my interest in doing things
do you think this will help?

also is this product safe and legal?

yes to all, as long as you arent on any drugs (prescription or illegal), you should be good. if you have diagnosed anxiety, then see a doc

lol nah im not on any drugs or medicine i havent been diagnosed with anxiety i just need something to lift me up sometimes when im feeling down

What causes your stress or anxiety? (if I may..)

The real "cure" would be to decipher the source(s), and make correct psycho-social adjustments in retrospect to them, utilizing strengths you have. There is no magic pill; while yellow N may reduce your current anxiety, in the long run it may just "cover" or block the feelings from reaching the consciousness.. if it is serious, you should see a counselor

More than likely a doctor would prolly just prescribe meds - more because he gets $ when he prescribes pfizer or whatever, not cause it'll do you much good.

just stressing out about the future because i moved to greece when i was 12 from australia went to school for 5 years here and it was really hard with the language so i couldnt take it anymore and i eventually dropped out this year and in greece theres no jobs you can make a living from without a diploma
so im stuck
im just trying to find what to do in the future im really trying to be a bodybuilder thats my main goal
i dont know maybe i gonna start saving up to see what its like up there in america or maybe move back to australia
or maybe work with controlled labs

you could become a certified personal trainer and work as that while developing your future in bodybuilding or the health and fitness industry

how can you became a personal trainer in america?
do you have to have a diploma or can you do a course?

I would recommend geting certified through the NSCA, ACE, or ACSM -- all are respectable organizations. NSCA has a PT and strength & conditioning specialist certification, which I am going to get both of.

ACE + ACSM are more for corporate, educational settings I've noticed -- all college rec/athletic type peoples request that, while strength coaches need the NSCA/CSCS


most you just need to pass a certification exam -- which is pretty intense. than you have to keep up and get continuing education credits to retain your certification.

The less respectable, cheaper certifications may simply require a weekend workshop to get certified, or a small simple exam -- easy way to get credientals, but their not the most respectable so you may find it more difficult to attract clients or locate good positions

as for a diploma, the strength & conditioning specialist through the NSCA requires a bachelors I believe -- not sure if you can get around it, the PT does not though, just gotta be over 18 and get CPR/AED training

cost of living is cheapest in America compared to those two if I am not mistaken, as long as you arent on the east coast or west coast.
