    Default k well trained biceps and back yesturday but im s till sore

    uh should i train my chest and triceps today or wait another day fro biceps to recover?

    Learn more about proper training protocool. Theres thousands of articles on the web about it. Spend some time, read some information, gain some knowledge.

    Looks like you need to up your protien intake, with an additional bonus for enhanced recovery look into Purple Wraath a BCAA/EAA(essential for muscle recovery), CL just made a new flavor LEMONADE! Try it

    I know this is a little late, however you would be safe to train biceps and bakc while you are still sore from chest and tris. As long as you do not directly work the same muscle group within 72 hours you are fine.

    If we skipped workjouts due to other parts being sore (muscle sore not injury sore) then we would never lift.
