      cardio today.. damn. i ran 2 miles today with variable speeds in 20 minutes. 9:07 left the house, got home at 9:39pm. incredible run. was sweating like mad cause of the humidity here and NO wind period...

      awesome run. did some abs.. but the bad thing is eating pizza again... ;'(

        chest was not so great.. i felt like shit.. not enough sleep.. i slept through all my classes today.. was like 'wtf?'.. i think the cardio got to me last night.. ain't doing that shit again... back to the eliptical or treadmill for me..

        incline bench: 4x13x165
        flat bench: 4x13x185
        incline flies: 4x12x40
        decline flies: 3x12x40
        flat flies: 1x14x30, 1x12x45

        same weight.. last week for the strength training.. starting next week. POWER.

          leg raises: 3x13x150, 1x10x160
          hamstring curls: 3x13x115, 1x10x120
          stiff legged dead(hamstring stretch): 4x13x60 (dumbbells)
          inside calve raise: 2x15x330
          outside calve raise: 2x15x330


          sooo great... energy levels are rising.

              oh really now?

              i use the standing calf raise, for inside raises, you stick your toes in at a 45-60 degree angle and you do full range of motion raises. from bottom to top. for outside raises, you stick your heels in at a 45-60 degree angle and also a full range of motion raise.

                back was alright.. although i took all my supplements 30 minutes before i worked out.. kinda fucked... time was the only issue.. although i had an awesome back night..


                vbar row: 4x15x3.5 + 10lb plates
                bent over row: 2x15x175
                bent over reverse grip row: 2x15x175
                deadlifts: 4x15x245 <-- tried this BEFORE pull downs.. felt different
                lat pull downs: 4x15x160
                dumbbell shrugs: 4x15x90


                crazy back.. CRAZY back i tell ya.. it feels like someone is cupping my lats under my arm pits.. awesome..

                        arms yesterday.. god.. my biceps feel like they're going to explode.. no.. serious.. i thought i was going to snap my bicep.. hah.. no more than 2-3 after your body has a maximum fatigue point. luckily, had a partner.

                        close grip press: 3x13x155, 3x10x165
                        skull crushers: 4x13x95
                        one arm reverse grip tricep extension: 3x15x45, 1x12x50
                        dips: 4x12x2 plates

                        barbell curl: 4x13x85 <-- this was where it was at because of the increase in weight
                        hammer curls: 4x13x35
                        spider curls: 4x13x45

                        reverse grip wrist curls: 3x15x40
                        wrist curls: 3x15x80

                        feeling awesome and tired.. snappin' out of it.
