            shoulders yesterday... couldn't do as much sets because my friend 2 floors below me was playing his fucking guitar at 2AM in the morning... i had to work at 6AM.. i swear.. being a network administrator is like being a janitor.. you clean up someone else's mess.. ALL THE TIME..

            feeling just as awesome.. i'mma try get the pics up now actually.. installing mobile phone tools!


            and today.. i did cardio... 16min eliptical.. or whatever it's called.. and abs..
            so nice.. i'm dosing creatine awkwardly though.. GB before i work out and CE2 1 hour after my workout. :| iono if it's a waste of creatine or WHAT!!

              chest today was pretty AWESOME actually.. i felt pumps crazily and i NEED TO SLEEP ASAP NOW!!!!

                i did crazy back yesterday.. i'mma go do some abs and some cardio tonight i guess... holy shit i feel awesome.

                man.. the feeling is so gorgeous.. i'm starting to love this company called "Controlled Labs".. i've got to say this creatine and arginine complexes are extraordinary.

                    so i did legs today. the weight remained the same.. but the reps on the last set came down by a couple.. i felt so drained this morning... and i didn't take caffeine tonight.

                    squats free weight: 3x13x215, 1x8x225
                    leg raises: 3x13x150, 1x10x160
                    hamstring curls: 3x13x115, 1x10x120
                    stiff legged dead(hamstring stretch): 4x13x60 (dumbbells)
                    inside calve raise: 2x15x330
                    outside calve raise: 2x15x330

                    stretching was alright. i felt a little better afterward.. until i see missed calls from my dad. called to find out that my mom was in the emergency room because she was feeling uneasy.. she got hit hard with menopause.. heh.. if any of you guys understand what i mean, you'll know exactly what i'm talking about.

                        ARMS ARE FUCKING... INTENSE BY THE WAY... i'm loving the look.. i can't believe the second cycle kicked up the intensity in my routine.. this is way better than MRI NO2/CE2.. holy shit.. i'm loving Controlled Labs and proud to say it.

                        close grip press: 3x13x155, 3x10x165
                        skull crushers: 4x13x95
                        one arm reverse grip tricep extension: 3x15x45, 1x12x50
                        dips: 4x12x2 plates

                        barbell curl: 4x13x80
                        hammer curls: 4x13x35
                        spider curls: 4x13x45

                        reverse grip wrist curls: 3x15x40
                        wrist curls: 3x15x80


                        didn't change the weights yet, hopping onto bulking routine week after next for a month then back to 2 months of strict bodybuilding. starting... September 5th. this my friends... is going to be extravagant..
