        hell no. AM2 sockets is almost similar to the 754.. so nope, i went with the 939. AMD ATHLON 64 X2 4400+..

            shoulders yesterday.. omfg.. my shoulders hurt. some reason.. my strength was kind of decreasing on reps.. maybe cause i'm still sick.. i don't know.. i felt strange.

            military press: 4x12x115
            bent over dumbbell row: 3x15x35
            bent over dumbbell laterals: 3x15x15
            side laterals: 3x15x15
            front raises (cables): 2x15x25,1x15x30
            X pulleys: 3x15x50
            barbel shrugs: 3x15x225

            stretching was alright.. i felt more tired than usual. being sick sucks..

                oh man.. i'm loving it.. back was awesome today for some reason, i added 10lbs to every workout. i'm on the second cycle of WB/GB/PW this month.. PW only lasts me 30 days. i need more.. but expensive.. OMFGYYYY!!!! you do what it takes to get it. 8)

                  GAh everyone is raving about PW...
                  I've got a whole tub .. and I'm not meant to use it until after sesaglow log finishes..
                  I used it once and it was a-mazing, can't wait to try it again!!

                            alright... so i did arms today.. i feel kinda bummed cause i think i fried my phone's battery.. i took pics at the gym today with it and when i was installing the software.. i kinda left it connected to the computer.. i didn't think it was going to burn the shit out of it.. anyway.. i'm going to let it charge tonight hopefully not catch a fire... yeah.. it's not turning on now.. sigh...
