I am taking Nano Vapor pre workout now as it helps with workouts while I am trying to lose fat.... I can't take in PW while I workout with any degree of convenience. Will I get good results taking a scoop with the vapor a few mins before working out. Any negative sides to taking it all at once before the workout...other than not getting the measured over time replenishment of aminos?
May switch to CL's pre-workout sup (White Flood?)....would the same go for that when I am finished with the Nano Vapor tub?
