Currently around 260 from well over 330. Currently taking creatine pills, fish oil. hydroxycut Hardcore, nano vapor and various protein powder suplements. Workout is 3 days a week rippetoe workout (compound lifts).
I want to try a few months of Control lab stacks as I see some good reviews and hope a product change will bust the plateau I am having.
I want to stay as low or lower sugar/carb content as I am now. Willing to replace everything I am using now or add and subtract from it.
